Still waiting my order

Return issues

For the past two weeks, I've been attempting to initiate a return process, but unfortunately I haven't received any response to my emails. In addition to sending emails to refund@re****lo.com, I've reached out via Instagram, where I was assured of an email response that never came.

I've sent several emails and direct messages, but without success.

Horrible

Ordered clothes twice. The first time it took a very long time before it arrived. Second time I ordered last 28-2 and it still hasn't arrived. You pay a lot of money for shipping costs, but they don't deliver as promised in 5-7 days. I have already sent 2 emails regarding my last order and I have simply not received an answer.

waiting for my order no news!

I’ve been waiting for my order for over a week. I’ve emailed Reamo but never got a response…. I wouldn’t order here anymore unless they get their stuff straight. Its not hard to send parcels as a “small” business. So please up your game.
