Letters hollow - inferior
Letters are hollow. On the pictures are full Bronze letters illustrated. Weight of the material is far too light for long life. Surface is painted and not crafted brushed broze. inferior

Good morning. Thank you for your purchase and review. The letters of the ROMANO BRONZO LUCIDO model have dimensions ranging from 2.5 cm in height to 8 cm in height. The photos on the site refer to the 4 cm high letters. The letters are full in the sizes ranging from 2.5 cm to 5 cm; while the 6 cm and 8 cm ones, since they are much larger, are hollowed out in the back because otherwise they would become too heavy (and also more expensive). But this certainly does not reduce their excellent quality. Furthermore, in the photo and in the description it is clearly written that the model you purchased is in PATINATED BRONZE finish and not BRUSHED BRONZE. We are sorry that you are not satisfied with the purchase and we thank you for your review so as to better describe these details in the product sheet. However, if you find letters measuring 8 cm in height, in high quality bronze, completely full and at a lower price than what you spent, indicate them and we will refund your order. Best regards

I am quite glad I found this place
I am quite glad I found this place, because I finale got what I needed for my dad who unfortunately passed one year ago. The quality of the crucifix is great, the finish and details of Jesus are awesome. I received it before expectation delivery time and customer service is wonderful. thank you for all your attention and for such a great product. I definitely recommend this place and I give Real Votiva Store10 stars instead 5 :)
