Ignored for months and multiple emails.

Their stick on ‘removable’ organisers was impossible to remove from my bathroom tile resulting in the requirement to use a razor blade to cut it off leaving damage to my tiles. I had to buy additional products to get it off. Real techniques offered me a replacement, like I’d ever want to stick one of those on any of my surfaces every again! I’ve now been ignored for two months after multiple emails. Disgusting customer service.

terrible customer service

I got one of their brushes and barely use it, the first time i wanted to clean it, hair started to falling out massively and finally all hairy part was separated from the holder. I have a lots of brushes which i know well how to care about them and how to wash them. this was clearly faulty piece. I have contacted their customer service, this took a while as we exchanged a few messages - they asked me to explain my problem, asked me to send pictures, asked me where and when i bought the brush and how long i do have it. I explained i got it from Boots about 6 months ago and after all this i just have been told to go back to Boots. I said i do not have the receipt of course as no one keeps all their receipts, it's just not possible. I have been told it is not covered under any type of warranty under their brand. Why then they asked me so many questions just to brushed me off!? Not happy at all, its obviously their fault but they do not care so you spent your money and get nothing finally! I will never buy anything from them again, they do not care about their customers! Very disappointing!

Honestly the worst customer service

Honestly the worst customer service. I’ve made a complaint about their product (Brush) as it says on the package that it can be used for foundation. But the brush was all hard and was falling apart. So I’ve contacted the customer services. Their response was so patronising that I can’t use the brushed right and that they personally like to use that specific brush for a face mask (it says nothing on the packaging about a face mask). That I’m not using the brush correctly. Which I found a bit talked down to like I don’t know how to use a foundation brush when the problem was the brush was way too hard and the brittles were falling out so clearly the item was faulty. I’ve responded to their not so nice response but they never bothered responding to me ever again. Maybe they should hire someone who is nice to customers and not some stuck up person who think they know better than anyone ..

Great products, poor customer care

The Real Techniques products are beyond good. I've not tried all of them, but a good deal is simply the best quality for more than a reasonable price.
However, as much as I love Nic and Sam, I have to say they obviously didn't have time to put more effort into chosing their customer support staff.
While I was treated correctly, I wasn't provided with the answer I was looking for, nor did they show a minimum of good will to look into the problem. The answer was generic and sounded like they simply wanted to get rid of themselves of a boring customer.
This does not go hand in hand with the lovely character that Sam and Nic noth have. I have to say, this conduct really put me off from buying again from them.
Not a smart business move.
