Unreliable, stressful experience, and inability to deliver service.

It’s been four months since my business hired real Media Promotion to help growing my Instagram account. They have initially complete the work however only the next day after I started to lose a lot of followers. Each day I was losing larger numbers, and even though my following was growing by my own organic efforts, my account was dropping down drastically. I had to send long messages to them and chase them to refill my account and be responsible for what I paid them for. I was told that they are working on the problem and they will definitely guarantee that things are gonna get back to where they supposed to be. I have wasted so much time chasing them and writing them long messages with screenshots to proof what’s happening, but unfortunately, even after they fix a problem the next day or two things we’re going down again. They couldn’t keep up with the fasly business plan they have which is obviously not working at all. I would never hire them again. They have wasted so much more of my time and put me through so much stress when I had important customers going into my account and asking me why am I losing so many followers? My company looked so unprofessional because of Real Media Promotion. I had very important events coming up and I have told them that I hired them ahead to make sure that my account looks strong. They absolutely dropped the ball and at the time of the event my account was about thousand followers short.
It’s been the most frustrating experience, and I am disputing to get the refund. For all this wasted time of mine and stress, they owe me money, not the other way around. I was very patient with them, but after four months of constantly chasing them with long messages and proving what they need to fix in order to provide the service I paid for I had enough, and I saw that they were doing nothing to fix the problem at the end.
Please don’t hire them if you don’t want the headache.

Spammy

Spammy. Keep emailing and pestering to purchase their packages. Don’t take no for an answer. Have to block them to stop their spammy emails coming through. Fake followers is not helpful.

Been working with them for almost a year!

Honestly, ignore the negative feedback, we have had nothing but a great experience! They’ve really helped me boost my social media game. My posts reach way more people, and I've seen a noticeable difference in my brand's visibility.

Been working with them for almost a year and very satisfied with the results of engagement!

Red Flags. Do not trust this company

This company Real Media Promotion reached out to me on social media attempting to market their services to me. I respectfully declined and told him that we are already working with Wise Surge Digital Marketing. Chris still attempted to persuade me that their business could offer something different than what I was receiving, without even understanding what services I opted for. All in all, it seemed very pushy and triggered me to investigate the company further. Unlike most digital market agencies, I cannot find their Google profile. There is no Facebook presence, and quite frankly my social media presence is way more active than theirs. I have over 3500 followers and their account has only 635 followers. Not only that, he has social media posts claiming there are other people pretending to be them. I think this is in efforts to discredit any past reviews stating this place is a scam because I could not find any other sites pretending to be them. Also, on his profile he mentions that “Chris” is his job name, which is another red flag. Why would I want to do business with someone who doesn’t want to reveal their real name. How is that trust worthy? This is just my honest feedback about what I’ve found online and it’s little to nothing. Do NOT TRUST it

DO NOT PAY THEM

DO NOT PAY THEM. This place is a scam. A very convincing one! They use fake followers and fake engagement when they tell you they don’t. Also their own followers and engagement is fake.
