Don’t waste your money!
The only thing mad about it is the price. I bought 2 jars of the Nepal strain (the strongest one) and didn’t feel a thing. I had one whole jar in a day and felt nothing. Honestly don’t waste your money, the only reason I’m not giving it 1 star is because it tastes nice.

I take it on a night before bed.
I take it on a night before bed and it really works for me. I'm normally a fairly light sleeper and I toss n turn but on the nights I've took the honey I sleep right through and dont think I move much at all. I wake on a morning feeling so refreshed compared to my normal wake up yawning routine. I absolutely love it and I'm so pleased I took the plunge to buy some and of course I most definitely recommend it to anyone to try and hope you get the same positive outcome I am having with it.
Its an excellent quality honey with a strong honey taste.

The honey is good. It has its own unique flavor. But from a mind calming point of view, I have not experienced it. Neither have I experienced the hallucinagenic effects that are reported. In conclusion, good everyday honey, but over priced in my opinion.
