Excellent customer service. Easy to contact and always quick to reply. Personal service focussed on my individual (complicated) requirements.

I highly recommend Lisa and Gavin. From the outset, they inspired complete confidence with their professionalism, taking the time to discuss everything thoroughly. Despite tight deadlines, they provided the mortgage agreement in principle within just a few hours on a Friday afternoon, which was crucial for my offer to be accepted.

They were consistently available by phone and email, offering clear guidance throughout the entire process. Their communication was excellent, not only with me but also in liaising proactively with the solicitor and estate agents, ensuring everything progressed smoothly and efficiently. and you’d be happy to recommend them to anyone else.

We were first introduced to Lisa five years ago when we needed to remortgage our property in 2020.
