I can honestly say that working with Real Life is the best decision I have ever made!!!!! They have totally transformed my life!!!
From having 1 BTL to having a portfolio of nearly 20 properties - I am no longer living small!! They have helped me achieve my dream of living by the beach in Spain which Is now a reality!!
The level of training, coaching and mentoring is beyond anything I have ever experienced and they will always always always give more than expected to get results. I am so proud to call the tribe my family and am forever grateful for their support, encouragement and accountability.

A friend of mine was getting results from the Real Life Group, so I attended a free even in September 2019. I was skeptical at first, but joined.

I went to PWT which is their 4 day course, in October 2019. I learned so much and became friends and Joint Venture partners with Alex and Sophie who were also attending the 4 day course.

The results:
Property - Currently (May 2020) I have 2 houses with are being converted into HMOs. I have raised over 250k in investor finance and have a 3rd property that I have had an offer accepted on.

Mindset - My thinking is now completely different. I am positive, success-driven and focused.

Other benefits - I've made many new friends with like minded individuals who support each other into achieving our goals. The collective wealth of knowledge is insane.

So me and my partner Rae have been with Real Life now for 9 months. We was always sceptical about paying for courses/coaching etc but if it wasn’t for the one day free event that introduced us to Real Life we would still be in our jobs and frustrated that we wanted more in life but was taking no action!

We have gone from strength to strength since joining and being coached! We are both now full time property investors and we have more than doubled our portfolio since joining. This has allowed me to quit my job and we have actually hit our financially free goal!!

If you are sceptical like we was but you want more in life then just take action and go to a Real Life event! You will NOT be disappointed!!

We joined real life about 18 months ago. We had property training before but without actions it's useless!
With real life we had a coach and that was a game changer.
Also, I realized that in order to be successful in life (not only Property), it all comes down to mindset.
My growth has been incredible! And I still have so much to learn about.
If you are sceptical like I was before, thinking it's a cult or why is everyone so weird etc.... You are not the only one!
I can affirm you it's nothing like that! It's a massive community that supports each other any time.
Since then we have a just over 2 million portfolio, that will generate over 5K pcm once refurbished. And we are buying another 3!
We met amazing people who have also become our JV partner.

I wouldn’t be where I am now without Mark and Trisha!

I’d invested all of my savings into another property provider where I got all the theory! However, there was no further support around how to apply the theory. Myself and Stacy came across Mark and Trisha and we decided that we need these two in our corner if we were going to achieve our dreams in a short period of time!

We were lucky enough to be coached by them both for the last 12 months which I’m so so proud of ourselves for taking the leap to get a coach. We've now got two HMO’s and there are more in the pipeline 👍.

Outside of the property we’ve recently had our first child Annabelle, who I believe is potentially one of the youngest members of the real life crew. Having children themselves helped us put in place a structure of how we can balance being parents but also investors while working full time 😊.

We love these guys and we could go on and on in all honesty!

My time with Real Life has been fantastic. It has given my life a new dimension. I had belief in my attitude and what I could achieve but when making the leap of faith and paying money to be supported throughout the process, I had my reservations. I did not think that other people could help me so much.
Mark & Trisha were like boxing trainers in my corner encouraging me to go and take on the world, but actually they were encouraging me to grow myself and see the world from a different perspective. The Real Life brand has now expanded into a community where the culture is excellent. People are sharing challenges and successes and connections are made where people can go through their journey as part of a team. Property can be very lonely and I have been this person in the past. I am now constantly inspired by members of the group which in turn pushes me to do more and achieve more myself. I will be forever grateful for the influence that Mark & Trisha have had on me.

Not long after starting out with them I decided to go full time in property and in less than 18 months had created a business that was developing houses to the value of 4.5 Million. I had never developed before and I was now doing this because I had the mindset to enable me to make it happen.

The education is more than standard education. They don't just give you knowledge, it is far more than that. They work on your mindset to enable you to cope with the changes/challenges that you may encounter on a journey in an industry that may be new to you.

A couple years back I was sceptical of joining any property clubs, ‘knowing’, I can get most of the content for free online, why why I pay??
Then I started doing personal development courses, and truly growing. I have been in property all my working life, slowly build up my property company, since joining the Real Life tribe I have seen a massive impact on my life and my business. It is so much more than a ‘Property Club’ being able to master mind with such great knowledgeably people! If anyone wants to see their true potential I would advise them to do what ever it takes to become part of this Tribe.

Real-life Group is not just property-related; they also believe in a Mindset because without having the right mindset, I would not be achieving my goals, mindset, and grow my confidence. Which I can assure you it was terrible. The best bit I can now say I have a 2nd family where I am accepted as an individual and am treated as a whole. It's amazing what happens with like-minded people, just want to help every in the tribe to achieve and succeed in their goal together. Well what can I say, Mark Harvey and Trisha Pegg are the most genuine people I have ever met, right from the heart and soul completely transparent. I originally met Mark on a course in Sept 2017, since then I have watched and participated in the growth of him and Trisha. When I met Mark for the first time on a personal development seminar I did not like him. A few months later I met him again in Singapore on another personal development program, and we ended up in the same hotel room. These were the time, life taught me a big lesson. I must never judge a book by its cover. We became friends, and he introduced me to Trisha, his family and now they are one of my closest friends. When it comes to business I saw and still see first hand how both of them as "Real Life" transformed peoples lives in supersonic speed. They transformed my life and with the community and the tribe they created to help each other in every possible ways is mind-blowing and must be experienced. The quality and way of their teaching in terms of mindset and using property as vehicle to create financial freedom is excellent and proven. Mark and Trisha as Real Life leads by example.

Amazing experience! I have been with my real life coach, for only 2 weeks but in these 2 weeks I have learnt a vast amount about my property strategy, HMO commercial mortgages, working with brokers, valuers, how much a refurb will cost, a winner's mindset..The list goes on. The amount of training videos you have access to is huge. It will take weeks just to get through all the vids and that's on 1.75x speed. There is a weekly zoom call mastermind with a coach and all the other trainees, learning from each other. There are also regular 1 on 1 zoom coaching calls with your coach. The Facebook group is the most supportive environment I've ever come across. We are all taught to celebrate our own & each other's successes, big or small, and it's a pleasure to be amongst the others, learning and being pushed by those who are further along their property journey. I have been gently pushed outside my comfort zone already and I feel better for it. The growth I am going through already is massive. I have no doubt whatsoever that real life will teach me and allow me to be incredibly wealthy through property and I will reach my massive goals! I only wish I'd found Mark, Trisha & the other coaches & tribe members sooner. Highly recommend Real Life!

I joined with Real Life around a year and a half ago , and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made.
As well as learning so much about property , I have grown so much in all other areas of my life. My mindset and confidence has completely shifted since I started , and that is something that will last a lifetime.
I have coaching calls every week which keep me completing accountable , and guides me in the right direction after any struggle. As well as this we have the “tribe” which is a family like no other , I’ve had so much help and support from so many people , in all areas of property , help is always just a phone call away.
