TERRIBLE SERVICE.
MANAGING DIRECTOR DOESNT CARE, ONLY ONE MEMBER OF STAFF WORTH ANYTHING.
We have tickets open from our Sage system for over 6 months.
They fob you off, most frustrating unprofessional company had displeasure I've dealt with.
AVOID !!!!!!

We have just recently transferred our IT contract to Reality Solutions. I only wish I had done this years ago!
Excellent service from the the first enquiry to the continuing support. Always willing to help and very efficent at returning phone calls and sorting issues.
Josh in particular is an excellent role model for the company. Friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to help.

As ever since working with them, the Reality Solutions software support team have been excellent. Not only are they very responsive and informative when trying to assist using their own software, they will support a number of interlinking platforms where possible and will always aim to resolve any issue.

Their support goes a long way and is highly valued.

Nathan has done a sterling job working on the DPD api integration in preparation for a possible no-deal Brexit.

I have used Reality solutions for a number of years and have found there project management/bespoke work to be first rate.
Hardware and software support is very good.

The level of service provided by Reality Solutions is excellent. To know that our IT is always in safe hands is very reassuring. They are proactive, and not reactive ensuring that issues rarely occur, but when they do, their response is exceptional.
Everyone within the company ensures that their high standards are maintained, but a special thanks to Sophie Dees, my first contact in the company. From our first meeting it was obvious that I was dealing with someone with a passion for what she does, and it soon became clear that that was true of everyone at Reality Solutions. Where I work we tend to use our IT Support on a regular basis, there's always something we can't do, but they can. Before today I have rung them just to ask for help on a spreadsheet, I was stuck with formulas and they did a great job of helping me figure out why said formula wouldn't work. Highly highly recommend such friendly staff too.

Despite being fairly IT savvy, taking over the responsibility of our companies IT came with a whole host of issues both historic and emerging that I could not have imagined ever being able to deal with, without the support of Reality Solutions.

Moving from our old provider to Reality we had numerous problems that were effecting the smooth running of our company on a daily basis, but these were ironed out in no time by Reality's technical team. Always enthusiastic, knowledgeable and quick to resolve any issues we have - often above and beyond, I cannot fault the service we receive. We have been given recommendations and transparent explanations on ways to improve the functionality and security of our IT. Reality have definitely made the responsibility of our companies IT much easier to handle. Thank you to you all!

One of the best companies to work with. Very friendly staff and always reliable. We have been with Reality Solutions for a number of years and have never considered moving away or changing companies.
