Horrible dress horrible customer service horrible quality
Bought a dress in my usual size, that ended up being unwearable due to how short it was. Tried to return it and didn't get a response from customer services via email until 4 days later. This took my order outside of the 14 day returns period. Asked if I could exchange it, was told yes... but now haven't had a response from anyone in over a week. Really shocking customer service, making it impossible to arrange returns/exchanges. I wouldn't bother next time, as if it doesn't fit properly, it's a huge waste of money.

Telling customers that their orders are non-refundable when bought with discount codes which, regardless of any ts and cs signed at checkout, is illegal. Consumer rights cannot be revoked in the UK - they are statutory. Anyone facing this experience should challenge it - they are legally required to adhere to the cooling off period. See gov.uk for more information by searching 'returning an order gov.uk':
* Customers have exactly the same rights to refunds when they buy items in a sale as when they buy them at full price.
* You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason.
* It’s illegal to display any notice that deliberately misleads consumers or deceives them about their rights, for example a sign that says you do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Ordered a dress. Arrived in terrible condition, full of wrinkles. Requested a return. Just getting the return approved took a week. Sent the item back instantly with tracking and signed for delivery that I paid for myself. They received it 2 weeks ago and have not refunded me. No one responds to emails. Lawyer has been contacted. This company is an absolute scam.
By far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They sent an exchange order to the wrong address (an old one they had on file) and not the address that was on the original order itself. Of course they blamed me, they blow you off when you reach out, they’re scammy, predatory, and disgusting. Stop literally anywhere else.
The law says: Consumer Contracts regulations gives additional protection to consumers but this company seems to be making their own rules. They offered a discount to buy certain dresses and the site said in very obscure print that they would only exchange once purchased.
An online buyer has the right to cancel at any time from the moment they place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day of receipt your goods. This is sometimes referred to as a ‘cooling-off period’.
You need to notify the retailer of your wish to cancel your order within this time period – by email, for example.
You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify the retailer of your cancellation to return the goods.
THIS COMPANY HAS NOT FOLLOWED THE LAW
Wow. I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I had seen Realisation Par mentioned on social media so much, and generally liked the prints and designs, that I wanted to try it. I was looking for a summer dress, and I love natural materials in particular silk, so I went for The Montague, which was on sale. Figured it was less risk for a first try. Even on sale, with an additional 25% as I lucked out by seeing the flash sale just as it started, it’s still WAY overpriced for the abysmal quality. And I mean ABYSMAL. I had seen some videos on TikTok mentioning how sheer and thin the fabric is, and I figured I could just wear a slip or nude coloured bodysuit underneath, but even with that, you can see the legs through and it’s just embarrassing to wear. And the seams don’t lay flat either.
The absolute GALL of these people to manufacture cheaply overseas and then charge the ludicrous amounts they do for their dresses is on another level. I’d expect this from Zara maybe, where I haven’t shopped since I was in my 20s. But the hype over this brand? Why? I seriously don’t get it.
The prints are nice, but other brands can do nice prints and quality. I can see why they have no refunds policies. Because they know the minute you receive their dresses you’ll want a refund and they’ll never survive, so they hold your money hostage. Great scheme.
Seriously, I thought the reviews might be exaggerated but they’re not. Save your money and the hassle!
Edit: At least the customer service wasn’t as shambolic. I emailed them with photos of the seams and they said they would refund me if I sent it back. I sent it and sent photos of the mail receipt and they refunded me right away, so I’ll give them that! Still wouldn’t recommend the dresses though.
Can only second what everyone's saying. Had to exchange dress thanks to their inaccurate sizing system. Impossible to get a reply from their support. I won't be surprised if they won't let me exchange since it's gonna be two weeks after receiving the item, despite the fact I messaged them the day it arrived. 😅
And guys, they know you're all right! They don't even reply to these reviews and try to help you out, completely fitting their narrative of negligence. 🫠

My parcel got stolen and it took them 3 working weeks to resolve it. I had another parcel stolen that day and they got it resolved within the day. I had to chase to end up getting a replacement parcel and when I did they said they will send a replacement as a goodwill gesture. Their dresses are nice, but their customer experience is horrible. I would never order from them again.

I ordered my dress one week ago from the UK warehouse to my UK address and it still hasn't been dispatched... absolutely terrible service. I paid 7 pounds for delivery for nothing!

Bought a top with them and first time wearing it for a simple lunch the material was already fraying at the seams, thread fasteners for the buttons were loose and about to fail, the item was simple not holding its shape. I asked for a refund as I paid £142 (SALE PRICE) for this and it was worst quality than any fast fashion, worn once and the item was already in really poor state. They refused to refund me so I had to go to Klarna and ask for their help which I'm very glad I did because Klarna refunded me for this. If it was up to the store I'd never get the money back as I really tried to speak with them several times and they refused to take accountability. The items are overpriced and the quality is horrible. DO NOT BUY from this shop, it is not worth it. Scam!

I’ve purchased a couple of times from Realisation Par. Recently I ordered two dresses but only received one.
Customer service required me to send a photo of the garment bag of the dress I received. Unfortunately at the time of opening I did not think I would need this so disposed it, hung up the dress that I received. Only kept the FedEx bag with all the labels.
They said they needed the SKU number of the dress that I received. It does not make sense to me… they should hash the SKU numbers!
Furthermore they said warehouse confirmed the shipping weight that it should be two dresses. The package came with an environmentally friendly bag (complimentary) which surely weighs more than a dress! 0.17 for two dresses, bag, a whole lot of plastic. Unsure about that…
Rose from Customer Service has not been helpful. They don’t even have a phone number!

Beautiful pieces but unfortunately the quality is super poor (especially considering the price!)

Reply from Realisationpar
Worst quality of all time, I’ve had several pieces from them since they started the brand and all of them are falling apart at the seams, have giant runs in the silk and are not even wearable anymore. Do not buy from them

Spent so much money on the Syd dress for a special event - literally $400 after duties/taxes and the exchange rate. The dress was ill fitting, thin, felt so cheap - literally could have been from Zara. I was so upset. After spending that huge amount of money, I couldn't even return the dress for free. So absurd. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. IT'S A SCAM. I so badly wish I had read these reviews before ordering - would have saved myself $400.

Love this brand! Gorgeous great quality clothing, timely delivery and nice customer service. Really pleased with my experience with them!

The dresses themselves are cheap thin material and also VERY short. Like unwearable short. I tried to return it and apparently bc I used a coupon this dress isn’t eligible for returns. I’m trying to exchange it but they make the process as full of friction as possible. They don’t give you a return shipping slip/label and instead you basically will have to go to a UPS store to return it (and you pay for all of that). For a $500 order it is not worth it at all. Shop at reformation - it’s much better and has great customer service. This place is Terrble.
I ordered a dress on their website, they didn't send all the delivery information to chronopost, so the package is returned to them. How can a brand be so unprofessional? To flee
(I live in France)
Realization Par is clearly writing their own fallacious reviews to attempt to counteract all of the negative ones. It is easy for a disreputable company to do this, unfortunately. Companies like this pay fake reviewers like to do this, and for now it is legal. I wish I had looked on this site, before ordering, because of all the negative reviews and the dishonest “5-star” reviews. My experience: I accidentally ordered two dresses. I immediately wanted to cancel, but there is no link to do so, unlike every other website I have used. Then there is no customer service number to call to speak wit someone. Completely unacceptable. No reputable company only has an emai for their “customer service”. ((Should be customer disservice). Also, when given the option to email, all reputable companies give you a timeframe in which they will respond, but Realisation Par only states that they will do so “as soon as possible” which means absolutely nothing. Also, I have never heard of a company requiring you to pay duties in order to return an item. Nowhere is this listed on their website!! As an attorney, I am sure this is illegal, but it is my Suspicion that they are skirting the law as an overseas company. I will take to social media if I don’t receive a response quickly.
I've had an incredibly frustration experience shopping with realisation par. I purchased a dress (which arrived and was incredibly poor quality despite the extortionate price tag). When I tried to return I was told it was not eligble as it had been bought with a discount code. This was not clear on the ad I clicked on, the website or the terms otherwise I would have most certainly not bought it.
It took over a month for the customer service team to acknowledge my emails to them, and only when threatened with going to Trading Standards did I receive a reply insisting that I was only eligble for store credit.
Really frustrating experience, poor quality clothing, and a still no resolution.
