I can’t thank all the team at space enough. From initial contact and weekly suggestions from Loraine. To the legend that is glen who drove me around (well he calls it driving) on two separate visits. We finally found the apartment that suited us and we got the keys this week.

Fantastic Service from Ryan. He goes the Extra Mile for his clients and cannot help you enough. Even after our purchase he’s still on hand to help. If you are looking for a great service, look no further! Both Karen from Marbella branch and Desire from Los Alcazares branch are simply fantastic making the experience as smooth as possible. I have dealt with many estate agents but these guys are outstanding. Can’t fault Lorrainne and Glen the device we had was fantastic. Our search started over a year ago with first finding out what we were looking for and our budget, from there we had weekly updates and FaceTime calls to keep us in the loop. On our visit in February on nearly the last day Glen pulled it out the bag and found us the ideal property. I must point out that once you have the property you are not left to your own devices the after care is more that I ever expect tyre professionals.

Glen from Space Real Estates was amazing and found us the perfect property! He really listened to what we wanted and helped us every step of the way, helping with the solicitor to moving furniture with us! Great experience using Space Real Estate. Other estate agents could learn from them. The others dont seem to want the business but Glenn at Space replied to every message, checked out all properties that we enquired about and came back to us, if we were interested in a property he did a virtual viewing with us, never ignored any enquiries we had, always came back to us, offered us good advice with regard to location and suggested properties to us based on all of the criteria he had learned from us as we did viewings with him. He was such a great help in the process and so responsive and we as 2 happy new holiday home owners are delighted we came across Glenn!

Although I found a property with another estate agent I could not fault Space estate agents for their time and helpfulness. Julie picked us up took us wherever we wished to go and had found a lovely place for us but unfortunately it was pipped at the post by a small margin . We could not fault our experience with Space Real Estate. From the moment that I contacted them with our requirements, Lorrainne gave us a call to go through everything in more detail then set straight to work with sending properties that matched out budget. We had weekly calls and the care and time that was taken to help us was excellent. After creating a shortlist, we booked flights to come out for viewings. Once in Spain, we met with Glen who went above and beyond to take us around the properties and shared so much helpful information and even showed us some local beauty spots inbetween viewings. Julie Rickers at Los Alcazares office was very helpful. She had a few villas lined up for us to visit. She picked us up at our accommodation and drove us around to each villa, one of which we were very interested in which fitted our brief. She knew her stuff, giving us insight as to what we would need to do step by step. We would use Julie in the future. Highly recommend her.
