We have been working with Reach Consult…

We have been working with Reach Consult Ltd over the last few months, I would describe them as a professional, fun and knowledgeable. The people in the company have a wealth of experience in customer service, training & IT systems.
We have are working closely with Saad & Jonathan on our project, they are easy to work with and are more like friends than consultants. They have listened to what our team members require through the various workshops that have been held. This has then helped us with our vision to deliver excellent customer service and then been turned that into training material. They have also given us solutions for holding our training data on too. Reach Consult training materials are thoughtful, stimulating and easy to absorb.
