I ordered something as a present from this company. Yodel managed to deliver the package to the wrong house and sent me back to RDX. Their customer service was great, very quickly they had organised and dispatched a replacement (via a different delivery service) and messaged me to me know when it had been dispatched. Great company, great customer service

Great customer service, the team was very professional and help me out quick when I did place my order with the wrong delivery address.
The order did come very fast, with no issues, very good condition and exactly what was expected, great quality for the price.

Great product and RDX went out of their way to ensure I received it safely and quickly.

I ordered the wrong size shin guards and had to get an exchange. The customer service was so good, I got a response immediately and they were very helpful with finding the correct size for me and sorting out an exchange. I’m really happy that I chose to buy from them :)

Ordered the wrong size belt, contacted the team at RDX sport and they were incredible! Clear communication, the belt was exchanged for the correct size in no time. 100% recommend this company. Belt seems good quality too.

Ordered a weight lifting belt was too small even though I looked at the measurements needed a medium Ordered a small i emailed them asking for a return they accepted but no code no label no return stuck with this bad communication dont shop with these as they dont get back to you shame on you RDX sports

Ordered some sports shorts for my son-in-laws Christmas present, which arrived very quickly. Unfortunately they were too small so contacted RDX and asked if I could exchange them for a larger size. They were very helpful and agreed to change them. A replacement pair of shorts were despatched immediately and arrived within days. Great company to deal with and would happily recommend them.

Got in touch with the customer service team as I needed help finding my order. They were helpful, polite and efficient and my order arrived in no time. Great service.

Received two boxes. One with just a base inside, one with a punchbag, a mount, a cover and some kids gloves. No cap for base or legs or fixings. Contacted RDX, very unhelpful. Product was ordered directly from then via Throne Wishlist. Punchbag is also dirty like it has been used. RDX informed me they wouldn't do anything until at least monday and throne would probably need to resolve the issue, although the issue has been caused by their shoddy quality control. Also got Kids gloves in the box rather than adult size. I have been using RDX products for years. Had some MMA gloves from then just this week and all my boxing gloves and pads are RDX. Will not use again.

You will not find a better valued belt anywhere!

First parcel went missing on route to me but RDX were very quick to resolve this by sending out a new punch bag. This arrived within 2 days and I have to say I am not disappointed. 10/10 from the team and helping me get the product I ordered.

Great quality kit at good prices and amazing customer service.
We ordered a bag, gloves & pads for my son. The kit is good quality.
Unfortunately there was an issue with one of the gloves but after emailing RDX it was sorted amazingly quickly and replacements sent to us, along with a follow up email from them to confirm we were happy.
All in all, top notch service and highly recommended.

I don’t want to jinx things or anything. I over the past few weeks had lots of q&a over emails with the rdx customer service people (had various people answer emails at various times).

I have to say the reliability, speed and guidance from their customer service team people seemed to be consistently badass!

Also appreciated them making the effort to eventually ask for my order number to help them give more customised guidance for me in my situation (I had bought one of their beginner vegeterian friendly punch bag and mitts set to donate to a local charity).

I received exceptionally good service from RDX when dealing with an exchange for a head guard that I ordered from their website. The head guard was a gift for my nephew and we had trouble finding one that fitted. The customer service team went out of their way to ensure I received a suitable product. This level of customer service is very rare and should be applauded. Thank you!

As a lot of people have said - these guys have great comms and will do what they can to fix any probs. The gear is also of a very high standard given the reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Placed an order for shorts, they were neat made so had to return them, from that point on until the replacements arrived, the customer service and ‘do anything to help’ attitude was exceptional, way beyond what I’d expect. The items are also top drawer, overall, a great experience.
