Scam and referring to another MUST-PAY website.

First I'm told at your website that there is a free RDP service and I must meet a special conditions, and I read the requirements carefully and follow them.
Then I get an automated E-Mail telling me that my request is declined for reasons obviously not true.
And in every e-mail you attach a link for a free instantly approved VPS service that is hosted on another totally different company and they force me to add my payment info or I won't be able to test the service???!!
I e-mailed them and created a ticket on their website but they just closed it with no answer.
