Had an absolutely positive experience with the engineer who came to fix my washing machine The problem was not the machine but was down to my stupidity.The engineer was professional kind and very reassuring he gave me good advice regarding my machine.He is a real asset to the company .

Excellent service. Message sent prior to arrival informing me engineer on his way. Very pleasant young man who was professional,knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly. Problem was identified and rectified quickly. Felt very relaxed with the engineer, which is unfortunately not always the case when any repairs are needed within the home. Would highly recommend.

The guy was really friendly and understanding

The staff at RDA were very efficient, pleasant and helpful. They ordered the parts quickly and arranged a date that suited me for the engineer to visit. The engineer was friendly and the job was successfully completed within an hour. Overall, an excellent service and it was reasonably priced. I was very pleased and would recommend them.

Quick repair, got washing machine back to working order like it's brand new

One star and they only got that because I can’t score lower.
At least 4 visits for the dishwasher. And they left it leaking. After a bad repair.
The level of incompetence is second to none.
Rely on the D&G contract as I sincerely doubt that anyone would privately pay for their work.
Communication is very poor with this company. Not offering morning or afternoon appointments. Instead they only offer all day appointments and don’t phone ahead of arrival. Just turn up.
I absolutely loved that they turned up twice with incorrect or no parts. Complete waste of everyone’s time.
I love how they create faults for a return visit to obtain more money from the company.
One guy turned up absolutely smelling of cigarettes to the point of making the kitchen smell of cigarettes. It was so strong that I’m debating if he actually had a smoke in there.
Unfortunately D&G choose to use them and thankfully they have written off 2 of 4 appliances so I don’t have to worry about them for the new ones.
This company has single-handedly made me question the D&G cover.
The absolute cowboy workers are giving a really bad name for the few good ones.

The engineer Ryan carried out the works was very good informing us of what all steps needed to get sorted.

Ryan arrived as agreed and speedily diagnosed thé problem then gave good advice on how to reduce the possibility of the same problem reoccurring. Great service and information provided.
