I had a really great experience or stove we had to condemn Sunday night due to unfortunate circumstances. One big mouse ruined our stove. that's a whole different story. anyways great service from RC Willey.
The price was hard to beat too that was a really great deal. I really love their extended warranties that they offer I always buy them .I'm a huge believer in them. One service call the warranty pays for itself instantly.
Stove will be at my house Wednesday I am so excited. Positive vibes that th3 mouse doesn't return.

I in order in March with them, kept getting extension for MONTHS! Received my order in JULY and it was damaged, was supposed to be contacted to reschedule, or get store credit, and nothing has been done. very dissapointed.

The desk we purchased was high quality and the delivery and set up was seamless!

I was looking for a stick vacuum for a gift and RCW had the exact one I wanted at a great price. The online order process was very easy. Then, when I needed to have my husband pick it up instead of me, all I had to do was call the pick-up desk and they got the necessary info to facilitate and he had a good experience picking it up. The wait time for my phone call was reasonably short. Overall, this has been a wonderful experience.

Sales rep and delivery guy were both great! Highly recommend this location

Picked up my bookcase on 7/15/26. It was packaged well, could not fully inspect. When I removed the packaging, there were multiple places where there were flaws in the wood that the manufacturer tried to putty over and cover with stain and did a terrible job. They are front and center and stand out from over 20' away. Not sure if the store inspects it before wrapping up for delivering/loading.
In response to RC Willey's reply. I fully understand that the item is to look "aged". That is what I wanted. That is not how this itemed looked. It looked damaged, poorly repaired, and the repair showed through the finish. Not acceptable. I sent pictures, obviously the person replying did not look at them. Now on top of that, RC Willey has yet to credit my card, and the rep I was dealing with has not answered my emails. Called the store today (8/1), got an excuse there was an issue and that they need to contact "corporate", could take an additional 7 days. So at first my issue was mainly with the manufacturer, now it is both them and the store.

Delivery was on time and TV setup (wall mount 83 OLED TV) was first class. Jacob is very competent, highly recommend using RC Willey for TV delivery and installation.

I love RC Willeys, very welcoming, exceptional quality, staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, customer service is excellent. Can't say enough. Can't wait for the Idaho Falls Store to open.

Shopping was good. Unclear if installation and take away was included. There were no options for this on the ordering. I don’t recall getting a confirmation for the order.

Customer service was very friendly and professional in the ease of ordering online for the delivery straight from the manufacturer was very simple by choosing web exclusive items.
