I went to get a car loan and asked for a loan with the lowest interest rates, as I planned to pay it off quickly. I was given a 4-year loan at 6.09% and told it was the lowest. Looking online afterwards, I see that there is a 24-month option with significantly lower rates. Disappointed, and now I would have to refinance to get it lowered. Best to find a more customer-focused business.
