When I got the items, it was a normal bearing without flange?! Man, cant they watch what they pickup and package in the warehouse before sending?!?
Worst thing thou I emailed them, writing to them being annoyed that they cant do anything right, and to refund me at paypal. Well...they havent replied at all since tuesday 7th of april 2026! Very bad customer service they have, hope they dont last long to be honest.
Glady thou it wasnt a huge sum (13 euro) and paypal usually pays back small sums right away, when u make a complaint at paypal. Also, paypal bans untrustworthy companies that behave like this!
Dont buy from them, unless u want buy the same item again and hope they send the right item to u!!
