DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Like many others, I have yet to receive my knives. 3 weeks after ordering the tracking has not changed. I have contacted Razar by email who keep fobbing me off with the usual....'we are chasing it up with our shipping department, please be patient'.
I have bought multiple items from abroad and never had to wait this long. I have requested for them to cancel my order and initiate a refund before I take legal action.
Cant believe I fell for the good reviews

Poor delivery experience and damaged product

Update: 25 Sep
Product finally arrived with no warning. Unfortunately box is damaged which i suspect is due to it being opened to check contents, and one knife has scratches, several others had sticky residue. On seeking support, quick response had apologising and suggesting to clean.
Sticky residue has come off easily, awaiting response in scratches knife and damaged box.
Rest of product does look fabulous.

Placed my order 1st September and still waiting. Have tried calling and left messages also used email contact and had an initial response that they were following up, but nothing since.
Tracking on website says to expect between 1-15th Sept.
Money taken from my account so hoping there is some sort of mix up but at a loss for what more I can do.
Purchase is for my husbands birthday on 20th Sept.

Still waiting for refund - 17 months and still counting

I ordered a set of phantom knives in March 2022. There was a delay in shipping and when they arrived I decided they were not what I wanted so returned them within the 30 day return period. Despite numerous emails and phone calls I have not yet received my refund. The comment 'escalated to our management' has been repeated many times with no apparent impact. Sadly I paid direct from my bank account and am struggling to know what steps I can take to get my money back.

Shocking customer service

The knife I received had a scratch near the tip, so naturally I contacted customer support.

Agter going back and forth via email for a few days, i was told to buy car wax and remove the scratch myself, as a replacement wasnt possible! I wasn't prepared to do this as the knife shouldn't have any imperfections.

After reading the returns policy I emailed them back stating that what they had told me, wasn't what their policy said.

The knife was beautiful and well made. Unfortunately on this occasion, the customer service wasn't good at all!

Wow I wish I'd read the reviews before…

Wow I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. I ordered the phantom series almost 6 weeks ago. I've emailed 8 times and rang them around 20 times. I eventually received a royal mail tracking email only for me to notice that the so called delivery was addressed to an address 160 miles away. I have spoke to several staff members who all make promises to call back or email me or to reassure me they will send replacements! But nothing ever happens. I'm absolutely furious. I would now like my money back. These were a gift for my son in law and I'm embarrassed and ashamed he's still not received them. I'm convinced like another review on here that the 5 star reviews may be fake. I've been told that the shipping department were to blame then on another occasion the shipping department were correct. Nobody has admitted any responsibility. My hopes were raised yesterday when I was assured I'd receive a knife block by way of apology and that I'd receive a callback today and an email confirming their promises. But again nothing. BUYERS BEWARE!! The date if my experience cannot be pinned down to one date so I have used the date I ordered the knives.

I recently purchased several knives…

I recently purchased several knives from Razarknives.com and I could not be happier with the quality of the product. The knives are all very well crafted with great attention to every detail. The customer service is also excellent, as they have a very knowledgeable staff that was able to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend Razarknives.com for anyone looking for quality knives.

Knives Arrived

Further to my recent review my Knives have now arrived. They are very sharp and attractive to look at. Razar did come back to me and apologised for the delay. I still don't think I would order from them again.

Poor product and 0% service from company. Knives are not worth the money. Your not covered under a guarantee

I have decided to leave a review after a poor experience with the company and the product, i don't want anyone to fall in the same trap as me.....
I did some research before buying the product as I did see alot of social media reviews. I now believe these reviews were constructed by staff, family and friends. The real people leaving bad reviews seem to real paying customers!

The product seemed genuine and backed up by a guarantee which persuaded me buy in good faith.

I bought the Phantom series for my partner before Christmas but they took 4 weeks to be delivered, no proper updates from the business or apology.

We took very good care of the knives as they were very expensive and followed the instructions rigorously. We mainly used the large knives but only started using the small one 2 months ago, after a few uses we noticed a small hairline crack in the handle. I decided to report this to razar knives as it was unusual that it wasn't used a lot.

As this was a high-end expensive product i thought I would receive good customer care, however this was not the case. The company seemed to take ages to get back to me, they brushed me off with a scripted response.
They stated they only covered manufacturing faults when the product is received. I asked why this was the case as the product would be would need to be used in order to find out if there were any faults.

I was not looking for a refund, I was only looking to swap the product out.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THE PROUCT IS POOR QUALITY AND YOU WILL RECEIVE 0% SERVICE.

* razar knives I'm happy to re dicuss my issue if you can be bothered to answer my email. You have very good marketing/pictures but can't provide service or good product.

Anyone else having issues with RK get in contact!

So after a lot of to and from and them promising me a replacement knife for the one my handle is nearly falling off been about a month and nothing these really are a terrible lot for customer services the worst I’ve had in a long long time

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. Firstly, with a company address in the UK I didn’t expect that my purchase would be sent from overseas. I’ve been told it’s held in customs and I can track but no tracking sent. Promised tracking not received despite being promised it 10 days ago and 4 days ago. Emails not responded to.

Razar Knives

So, what i was afraid of when purchasing these knives was getting scammed. I decided to buy the knives and the knife holder came free with the purchase. It was taking a while to receive a tracking number, as I am used to getting these right away and was concerned. That being said, the communication from the company was always very prompt and reassuring. I finally received my knives but the holder wasn’t delivered with. So I reached out to the company once again and they reassured me, again that the holder would come, that it was a weight restriction for delivery. The knives are beautiful, sharp and elegant. The delivery takes a bit, but it’s worth the wait.

Don't but anything from this company.i bought a set of knives in in 3 handles have broken.my complaint has been going on since January.they told me the knives would be replaced in April.guess what it's July now and they are ignoring my messages wouldn't not recommend. Avoid at all costs.update.got an email straight after putting thus review on promising to replace my knives.its now September and no.knives and messages again being ignored

Bought my second set

Bought my second set, I run multiple kitchens. I first purchased Razar knives back in 2021. If looked after these knives will last years. Highly recommend

No knives, and hundreds of pounds out of pocket. Avoid like the plague.

Ordered a very expensive (for me) set of knives as a Christmas present for my partner, and long story short Royal Mail ended up returning the package to sender without it reaching me.

Despite the tracking link clearly showing that the package was on its way back to them, Razar customer services had me chasing up the parcel with Royal Mail to try and arrange a claim with them. After some fruitless communications with Royal Mail I had to explain to Razar that the parcel had left the country, as the tracking confirmed, and it was now up to Razar to make the claim with their delivery service because foreign customers aren't the people who can make that claim.

What followed is several months of being dismissed, with my requests for an update (or a refund!) being met with "we have escalated you case to our head of shipping" and thanking me for my patience. Now maybe their head of shipping is literally the busiest person alive, but it shouldn't take 7 MONTHS to check the tracking link and rubber stamp my refund/replacement item.

I feel utterly scammed. If anyone from Razar reads this (because my last email to support was ghosted) please give me my money back!!

Edit: After reaching out here and asking for my order number, they've started ghosting all my emails for support. Guess if you give negative feedback they just steal your stuff?? Awesome.

absolute disgrace

absolute disgrace, I have called multiple times and its been 20 days since I have ordered and still got nothing. supposed to be a gift for someone and its 3 weeks late and haven't received any further updates apart from in transit, and I only received my tracking number after 4 times of calling. ridiculous and I would like my package to be delivered asap.

update: still have not received anything and was promised a call back today with confirmation that my package will be sent to Royal Mail today. Still no call and I provided them with my email address and nothing.

Love these knives.

Love these knives.

They look beautiful and slice beautifully. I'm surprised at some reviews stating they are not sharp enough because I cut my finger on the first use as I wasn't used to such sharp knives! Of course, as with any knife, they need maintenence to stay sharp.

Look brilliant on the kitchen walls sturdy and after 2years of daily use they're going strong.

If I could rate zero I would

If I could rate zero I would. Worst company I've ever come across. I am a home cook so no overuse and 3 knives broke within 6 months. I wrote a poor review in December 2022 and they contacted me asked me to remove it on the promise to replace the knives. I did so and it is now 6 months later and I am still waiting. Confirmed the replacement knives in Dec 2022 and then in may 2023 they asked me to confirm the knives that required replacment after I had to chase them several times. Now in June and they are not responding to my emails. Full of broken promises and lies. I am disgusted at the quality of the knives and customer service following the breakages I have recieved. They make you feel like they are correcting the issue but 6 months... Fool on me. I have now had enough. Please do your research.

These knives are not worth the money

These knives are not worth the money, they are not that sharp. But the biggest problem is the acrylic handles. I have never put mine through the dishwasher, as they would be destroyed. They are very fragile and break very easily and then become useless. Disgraceful product for the price. I've not had mine for barely a 2 years and they are falling apart. Not worth it at all, proper knives last a life time, not 2 years and then snap at the handle.

Strange that they don't respond to negative comments from customers!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM
