This card is a scam. What they advertise is very different from what the small print says. They advertise the card does not expire , the small print says it does, the amount of minutes quoted is a big lie. They also say.no weekly charge there is. Even the customer service lies and lies . The company Riza Global should be scrapped. It’s actually zero stars

Their network is ill. Whenever tried to call long distances, its failed. Need to contact customer service which is good

Raza used to be good until now. I used it to call Nigeria on two occasions each time 48 and 50 minutes respectively. Raza never link their card. Raza allowed direct calls from my phone and my phone service provider ended up billing me $120 for the calls. I called Raza customer service and all I got from the lady representing Raza was that I didn’t use Raza on the dates. Ridiculous. Would I call Nigeria on a direct phone call? NEVER. Raza is a fraud. Stay away from their call cards.

Make sure don't pay with card pay with Google or paypal they will steal your card info

At one time they had good service. Now it is terrible. Most times their number comes up busy. Frustrating. I will not be recharging my account.

Completely scam… mobile app is not working behind the scene. You feel that it’s working. even they offer Auto charge “ON” , it doesn’t work and charged additional service fee 2.99 and not giving 10% additional minutes as per auto recharge option. I was trying to add new credit card and the moment I clicked “done” after entering all info simply they charged. Here they show $10 charged on screen but when you checked CC, it’s 12.99.

Customer service person is arguing that mobile app is not working. Well if it doesn’t work behind that customer's doesn’t know. Here it let you to turn on auto charge and if its not really after you charged that that’s not my fault.

Pathetic customer service, they are not ready to help you at all. When ask for a manager, they tell you we don’t have one and ask to call at another time. Called three times spoke to a rep named Javeria really disappointed with their service. Would highly recommend not to use this application. Wouldn’t even given a single star. Pathetic

i have used this card before and it was very good but nowadays it is becoming one of the worst card............it will tell you different than they give you the minutes you supposed to get. sometimes it shuts off by itself when you speak to one of the worst customer service on the planet earth, they just want to shut you off .Don't buy this card unless you want to donate your money. it is not going to work

I have been using different calling cards to make International calls but the service RAZA provides is just amazing. Have been using it since long time. Love the service.

Best International calling service by RAZA, my Brother is in Canada , he loves RAZA ,easy and convenient to call @ best price , no connectivity issues, is able to call us in India at any point of time .

When I used the one touch dial it gave me an automated service that said "Thank you for calling the Family and Friends service, a family or friend is trying to connect with you, we will connect you shortly". It puts me on hold and sure enough, leaves me on hold. I checked my cedit and sure enough there were charges on there.
