Rayo Motors is automobile dealership currently based in Garland, Texas with the company registered agent located in Rowlett, Texas. Primarily specializing in used car sales and service, it also has an online business through rayomotorsllc.com, rayomotors.com, and through its social media presence. The dealership is commonly referred to as "tote your note" lot primarily selling used cars with salvage and bonded titles. Due to negative reviews, BBB complaints, and lawsuits, the company has rebranded itself in Texas over the years having called itself Rayo Santos Motors, Juan Carlos Olvera, Rayo Motors, and Rayo Motors LLC. Lawsuits include those filed in the Dallas area and East Texas, such as Dealers Credit Express Inc. v. Rayo Motors LLC for 2017 loan default and fraud. Rayo Motors misrepresented a vehicle sold to my client and provided false documentation regarding its history, repairs, and condition.
