Very disappointed
I have the gloves and they are absolute magic and keep my hands warm all through the winter but the socks just didn’t seem to do the same job, i.e. keep my feet warm. Sadly there is no option to return them otherwise I would have done.

I was very disappointed indeed as I had specifically ordered the gloves from yourselves having tried so many other options. These gloves were no better than any bought at a budget shop but were considerably more expensive. I’ve tried them out on a couple of occasions but they are of no use whatsoever so I’ll just have to continue having numb fingers

The micro silver threads woven in these gloves are designed to reflect 95% of body heat back to the skin, and they require some initial warmth to function.
Please note that if your hands are already numb or cold when you first put your gloves on, there is no heat for the silver to reflect. For the best results, we recommend warming your hands slightly prior to putting them on and wearing them as a base layer underneath a pair of traditional mittens or heavier gloves. This would allow the silver gloves to trap the reflected heat against the skin.

Not what I expected
I do not have Raynaud’s disease but wanted a microwaveable pad just as a comfort “cushion” which would keep hot for longer than a hot water bottle and be nicer to hold. The hottie was certainly nicer to hold but wouldn’t get more than warm in the microwave and certainly didn’t keep warm for long. I have reverted to my old hot water bottle.

Kindly note that the Hottie is designed to work quite differently from a traditional hot water bottle. While a water bottle provides a very high level of heat that cools down relatively quickly, the Hottie is made to provide a steady and gentle warmth that lasts for a much longer period of time. This makes it safer to hold close to your body for several hours without the risk of the fading heat you might experience with hot water.
To get the best results, please ensure you are heating the pack for the full time allowed for your microwave power level. We also find that the heat stays trapped for much longer if the Hottie is used under a blanket or a cushion, as this helps the internal pack stay warm.

Still in agony
It took me about 6 weeks to decide to buy these, £17.99 is a lot to pay for gloves. I decided I was going to buy them as driving with numb and painful fingers is probably quite dangerous.
So gloves arrived very quickly and I was impressed with the delivery.
I have worn them 4 times, 3 of those times I preheated them on my radiator and pre warmed my hands in a heating belt I received for Xmas.
I am highly disappointed. I was hoping these were the answer to my prayers but I'm left feeling that I have wasted my money.
I drive for half an hour and I still have to shove my fingers in the car heaters to bring back the blood!!
Why did I bother!!??

Quick delivery
My purchase arrived promptly and the package was small enough to be put through the letter box, so that was good.
The gloves, I think are best worn as an inner glove and have a heavier pair on the outside.
I have quite big hands, so even the L/XL are a bit snug

Excellent gloves and clothing to cope with the cold weather. I would recommend any of the products we have bought from Raynaud's. The Ejendals Thermal Waterproof gloves are very effective with a soft lining. The Portwest body warmer has multiple pockets, very useful - my husband loves this jacket. The travel socks with silver lining are very comfortable knee high length and much warmer than usual socks, although probably not enough compression for long flights. The fine knit glove liners are warm enough to use on their own on cool days. Great products that support Raynaud’s disease sufferers. Many thanks

Hotrox hand warmer is heavy to carry and produce only a mild heat.
Advice was too buy a size larger of the waterproof gloves but the fingers are 3.5cm too long.

Poor product
Not really much update with delivery and a broad range of dates to be delivered. Not really a big problem but main reason for bad review is the product just doesnt work any better than gloves you can buy in a petrol station.

Arrived the day after I made my order.
I have ordered from Raynauds website previously and can’t fault them.
Their gloves and socks both do an excellent job of keeping the smaller blood vessels from narrowing therefore no white fingers.

Good customer service re query re poor quality silver gloves.only complaint is that as I don't have a computer or printer they emailed me telling me to print off return labels,which I can't do .However when I explained my predicament I received return labels in the post.I have now sent gloves back and await refund.

I really love the black Raynauds gloves with silver.
They are not thick and so can be worn every day, or with other mittens, gloves on top if needed.
