I initially ordered one pair of gloves for my husband . 24 hours after ordering the gloves were delivered. My husband has noticed a remarkable improvement since wearing the gloves. He has more flexibility in his fingers, he can now pick things up and the pain has reduced. We have since purchased two more pairs.Great customer service with quality products.

Thank you for your kind words regarding our service and I am sorry that the Raynaud's Disease Deluxe Silver Gloves have not quite met your expectations.
Regarding the gloves, these are designed with a 12% silver content to reflect body heat, and therefore manufactured to be thin so they can be worn as a base layer under heavier gloves or as a lightweight indoor option. However, we understand that for many Raynaud's sufferers, a more substantial thermal barrier is often preferred.
Since you purchased these earlier this month, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss the possibility of a return and help you find a product better suited to your needs. We have several options in our range that offer much thicker insulation, such as our battery-heated gloves, which may provide the level of warmth you were originally anticipating.

The gloves keep my hands warm, are thin and practical to use, even with touch screen devices.
The only downside is that it seems not perfectly sown on the edges, I have to trim a few loose threads here and there!

Very please with gloves, but I do remember to make sure my hands are warm when I put the gloves on and then the gloves keep Raynards away. Gloves don't work if Raynards has already invaded my fingers. Delivery service was excellent thank you

When we contacted Raynaud , they were very apologetic and courteous … gave us a refund with no questions. I find this very refreshing in today’s retail climate.

Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your gloves. We understand how frustrating and painful managing Raynaud’s symptoms can be.
It is important to note that silver-fibre gloves work by using the natural thermal conductivity of silver to reflect 95% of your body’s own heat back into the skin.
For the silver to work most effectively, we recommend warming up your hands before wearing the gloves, as otherwise there is very little natural heat for the silver to reflect back. Additionally, using them as a base layer under heavier gloves or socks can also significantly boost their effectiveness in extreme temperatures.
We stand by the quality of our silver products, but we appreciate that everyone’s experience with Raynaud’s is unique. If you feel these are not suitable for you, please contact our team at helpdesk@raynaudsdisease.com.
