DO NOT USE this company. I wish I had read all these awful reviews before ordering from them. I ordered 3 t-shirts. They looked very good in the picture but the material was horribly cheap-looking and very creased up. I'm a size 10 and they were huge. Very, very poor value for money. I was also conned into paying £4.95 for "Insurance". I have returned them to a London address which was quoted on the package, but there were no instructions about Returns. I have asked for a full refund and will contact my bank's Fraud department if this does not happen. I am not too hopeful..........

A disaster.... They are a scam.... Beware.... Products differ from pictures and are very cheaply made. The worst part is that they try to make it impossible to get a refund despite their website clearly stating that they have a 30 day returns policy

Poor quality, hidden charges on “ free postage items “ billed as insurance. Misleading picture . Chinese warehouse . Offered a 15% refund and to keep the item . Awful customer service

As with every other review you have seen here this website is not what it seems and I wish there was a way to get it closed down or somewhere to report it. How I wish I had come to Trustpilot first. I now know to do that before ordering from a website that I've never ordered from before but also to look at when the website was made and the address of the company. Hong Kong is definitely a give away. Don't order from them.

If I could give zero stars I would!! This company is horrendous!!!! The goods are Shocking! I ordered a Jacket which was a Total Mess I wouldn't pay a 50p for it!!! It's was creased all over! The worst product I have ever ordered!! The company are not in London like the picture shows it took weeks to arrive and when I wanted to return it they said it would probs cost as much as the Jacket cost!!!! Totally rip off Please do not order from this company ever!!!

Tried to return for a refund and ended up in email exchange which is still ongoing
They won't send me the return address yet....
And you have to pay postage yourself

Item was of very poor quality and they want you to jump through so many hoops and pay out a lot if money making it very difficult to return items and get a refund.

As the other reviews this company is a scam . I think the company behind them runs many ads under different names and cycles them by removing from time to time making it difficult to report them to Google.

DO NOT USE !! Disgusting company, not based in London, 30 day return is a load of nonsense, they are based in China and too expensive to return the poor excuse of a ‘blazer’, they should be banned from selling anything, they sell dreadful quality clothing, I have thrown away better clothing, I wouldn’t even give it to charity !

Please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company!! They make out they are a uk company when in fact they are in China. Item took 15 days to arrive, workmanship was Very shoddy tried to return and get my money back only to be continually stalled and eventually told they are a Chinese company and you have to pay postage back to China. Returns can take 15 - 30 days!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

They don’t even deserve 1 Star. What a con of a company. Sent me what I thought was a pair of cargo shorts arrived no better than a rag. Kept offering me a discount on future purchases. Scammers do not touch them with a barge poll

Bad experience. I received my order after 12 days , poor quality and size is not true, is very difficult to refund . Do not order anything from Rayida. They are from China not from London

Disgraceful company
I ordered a coat on 01.04.26 and only received it on 22.04.26. It has no labels and doesn't even fit my 10 year old daughter. Ive been in touch for a full refund and they keep emailing me back with discount codes. Doesn't even look like the coat I seen online. Would strongly advise never to use this company.

I paid for a dress and waited weeks for it to arrive only to find it was rubbish quality and sizing wrong ..not even a label on it
After emails back and forth which became laughable on their side offering me a discount off another item .. but no refund…as if I would chance ordering off these absolute gimps again!

PayPal did the decent thing and refunded me

Avoid this company!!! Items took 10 days to arrive, cheap fabric, awful cut and then when trying to return the items they are asking me for photos of me wearing the item! Basically making it as difficult as possible to get a refund. Absolutely terrible experience overall!

Sincerely wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. I ordered two cotton summer dresses for which I waited nearly a month. When they arrived I was pretty shocked. They are both pure polyester despite having been advertised as cotton, hit and horrible on the skin. The colours are harsh and chemically garish. I would attempt a return but having read other people's difficulties and frustrations with this, have decided not to bother. Companies like this should not be allowed to trade

I received the wrong item totally different material and size looks like its worth £5 let alone the £45 i payed for it. Do not I repeat do not ever order from this site unless you want absolute rubbish. I ordered a 40 regular size and it doesn't even fit my ten year old son. Im absolutely livid as I needed this for a special occasion which is in 2 days and now im left with something to wear.

I ordered a blazer as a present for my wife, seventeen days later nothing had been received!
I contacted ‘Rayida’ customer support (Hong Kong I believe) who they said they would investigate, two days later one was delivered from Twickenham UK, no labels were attached so obviously a return from another customer.
It did not fit my wife, so I returned it for a refund to the same address from where it was sent address in Twickenham UK, only to be emailed from Hong Kong telling me it had to be returned to an address in China to be eligible for a refund! Yet none of this was my fault!
That inspired me to look at ‘Trustpilot’ feedback for this company, and as expected it is absolutely appalling, probably the worst I have ever seen, so my advice to others would be do not to go anywhere near this company, they operate from Hong Kong and China and therefore are not subject to United Kingdom laws!
There are plenty of legitimate and customer orientated retail companies out there who treat customers fairly……….THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT ONE OF THE THEM, SO PLEASE AVOID FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

This is a scam.

Was sent an item that didn’t event remotely match what was advertised on the website. The website is shown “in the heart on London” with a fake image, the company is in china. They give you incorrect return details purposely so it takes months to return items and then they say “it’s past the return policy and cannot refund”
