Products are superb but the delivery partner is not joining with you in the recent delivery. I hope on the next delivery service is to be on precise time.
I got a sample perfume when I brought a dress from ramraj and after using it and I really liked the aroma. Tried searching the same brand online couple of times and order the same.

Reply from Rayhan
One of the products (Oudi attar) in the order was unavailable, but it was still shown in the online store due to a stock error. We informed the customer about this stock error issue and provided them with two options: remove the missing product or cancel the full order. The customer chose to cancel the full order, so it was canceled. Unfortunately, the system sent an automated review invitation to the customer, which is why they left this review.
This order was never shipped or delivered.
