Avoid at all costs. They lie to you, they don t keep the price, the time or the quality. They systematically miss the deadlines and ask you for more money. We had a JCT and they billed all on 75% of the project. Quality big issue. And now they lie more as they promised finishing the facade and they don t turn up…

Just seen the review from Matthew below. I lived the exact same issues! From Apollo into Rayan and more lies, delays and poor quality.

This company used to be Apollo Builders Group Ltd (Compulsorily liquidated). It changed during our build, and our home is being used by this company as advertisement for their work on Google, FB and Insta - It's the red brick house with the green door, herringbone wood flooring, large greeny blue kitchen with big island and white sink, and dark green bathroom. So I feel validated in writing this review.
They were 6 months late to complete - got to the point we had to withold payment to force them to wrap up and give us the keys.
They use fake google reviews including using photos of our home, without our consent. They're claiming they installed a skylight which was pre-existing. The projector install is also wrong and doesn't work as intended.
They ignore you once they have most of your money.
Jasmeet will tell you whatever you want to hear to keep you happy and off his back - but they are only interested in the next victim/project.
Started in June 2023 so set the earliest date I could.
