Very prompt service and great customer engagement. Wont be going anywhere else but RawPac for my food packaging.
Both Tim and Techwyn were great when we were ordering and testing products to assist in our protection of Resin Domed number plate digits for the trade.
They provided us with the best solution and they worked with our graphics and cut patterns suitably optimised for the most efficient cutting pattern to suit our various requirements.
The service was great with excellent communications and speed of delivery at a price which suited our budget.
Their products are advertised as one size and then when you actually get them, they are ~half the size you thought you were purchasing. I received a lot of "rubbish explanation" as to why they believe they can advertise one thing and provide another. I even offered to pay for the return of the product and extra cost of replacing with a substitute, but that was met with, "You've opened the box and although we've used a delivery service that doesn't guarantee its health status, we believe you have prejudiced the health of this product because you took out one of 300 units to look at its size!!!"
A complete lack of transparency from this company and I wouldn't recommend dealing with them to anyone. Plenty other companies out there. I would NEVER use them again and don't recommend them to anyone!
