Took 35 days to get product. Powder produces black soot at the bottom of juices.

I ordered the blue spirulina powder, the starter kit, and the Palmtree spoons- all of which I love! I also got the Eco Kit for free, but I would totally pay for it. I use the bowls literally everyday. Customer service was also spot on. Shipping was taking a little longer than expected and when I inquired about my package they were quick to respond and followed up with me several times.

We had a slight delivery problem with our order and the wonderful team at Rawnice were amazingly helpful and replaced our missing order right away! They took care of all the details and provided us with a tracking number to ensure our order made it to our house. I can’t thank them enough for being so helpful and prompt.

Great products and service

I ordered Activated Charcoal powder. I wanted one product I could use in my chocolate and cake making as well as as a supplement on a liver cleanse I was planning.
I’m happy to say this product has served me well in all three. My chocolates continue to be fine and delicious and now I’ve added black to the colours I use. My cake was delicious and the colour was fabulous.
All round a good fun and healthy product.
Will definitely buy again. Thank you 🙏🏼

I love these beautiful products. I got the megabundle and it arrived to my country after almost a month (which I expected especially during Corona times). The products are amazing, I can't wait to try them all out literally! They brought the rainbow into my life even if the dosage is not particularly big. The customer service of Rawnice was amazing, and everyone was totally helpful to me! Thank you guys, keep up the good work ❤️

Shipment arrived even sooner than I expected. Also, your immediate response to a request was appreciated.
The only drawback is that you do not deliver to BiH, so I had to use my friend’s address in Slovenia and will have to wait some more time before I try your product. Hope the waiting will pay off :)

I have send several email regarding the order which I have not received until now.
No respond from Rawnice.

I placed my order over a month ago and still didn’t receive it. There is no tracking number and no option for express tracked delivery via DHL or other couriers.

I had some issues with shipping and didn’t end up getting what I ordered. I would have appreciated if Rawnice had informed me about what was happening with my order, instead of me waiting a really long time and then reaching out to ask what was going on.

However, I had a great experience with the customer service and I’m satisfied with the the products I eventually ended up with.
