Took nearly 2 weeks for delivery with no explanation why. I left messages chasing my order but got no reply from them. If delivery takes so long, it should at least be free.
I got my delivery today... the box was very damaged but the food inside seems OK, though I haven't inspected it fully.
I do not think I would order from them again because of their lack of communication.

I have had some delivery issues and stock shortages. We have 80.10.10 and on a number of occasions I have been advised at the last minute that they are out of one of the meats that I have ordered. By the time they have contacted me and updated the order we have been left off the planned delivery date, resulting in late deliveries.
Over all the product is good.

No Customer Service and Extremely Poor with Delivery
The delivery was due on Wednesday 24th January, bearing in mind there is a longer wait between deliveries due to Christmas, which I allowed for. I receive an email stating that they do not have the items I require so can they replace them with others. I telephoned them and asked when my delivery was going to be as was expecting it that day. I was told there van had broken down and the new delivery date was Friday. No show Friday, no email nothing! I called on Monday to be told it would be coming by courier on the Tuesday. I am a small business who has customers with orders, they are not happy as I could not get there orders out. I have lost customers and also have my own dogs who have delicate stomachs. If i switch they are ill, the response was oh dear that is a shame. Really appalled at this, you want the custom but you give no service. This is not the first time you have done this either.
