Raw Rewards Points
The products are good, but I do think the reward system is a waste of time. You get points for signing up, making purchases, leaving reviews and on your birthday. Over the years I’ve accumulated 796 points and I’ve never used them for reasons which I will explain in a minute and contributes to why I stopped shopping there over three years ago. The other day I received an email informing me that my reward points were about to expire and as these are worth £15, I thought I might buy something. So I logged on and put almost £30 of goods into my basket. Thinking that I would spend 500 of my points and use the £10 that they are worth, I redeemed them. Then I noticed the small print! In order to get £10 off my shop, I had to spend £125! Really?! Well to me, that’s not a reward system worth having. Anyway, the points can expire and I don’t believe I’ll be shopping there again. I took the items out of my basket and it now seems that by redeeming the points, even though I have not made a purchase, my points balance is 296. However, as I’ll be letting them expire anyway, it makes no difference.

At Raw Living, our loyalty program is designed to reward our customers for their support by offering points that can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. These points are valid for 12 months, and we also send courtesy emails reminding customers when their points are about to expire to ensure they have the opportunity to use them.
We’d like to clarify that redeeming your points to generate a voucher does not remove the points from your balance unless they are used in a completed purchase or have expired due to the 12-month validity period. If you generated a voucher but didn’t place an order, the voucher remains valid, and your points balance would not have been adjusted unless the points had already expired.
We do understand your concerns about the minimum spend requirement. This condition is in place to ensure we can continue offering such a generous rewards program to all our customers. Last year alone, we gave away over £10,000 worth of discounts through this program, which has been greatly appreciated by many of our customers.
From your account activity, it appears the majority of your points were earned through sign-ups and our newsletter, and we’re delighted that you’ve engaged with those opportunities. While we regret that the program didn’t meet your expectations, we genuinely hope you’ve enjoyed the benefits of shopping with us.

This is a really good company
This is a really good company, so unique and rare. It's so easy to buy items in bulk that in the past cost me so much to buy online individually with delivery costs. There are items which are very difficult to find elsewhere. The delivery is quick, items are well packaged, and you can accumulate rewards too.

I've been ordering from Raw Living for years and place regular orders which are always sent out quickly. The quality of their goods is second to none. Nuts in particular are the best I've found anywhere and I love their innovative lines like sunseeds and Magic Mix. I've also bought and regularly use Kate Magic's recipe books.

After reading the opinion on Trust Pilot, I hesitated for several months whether it was safe to place an order in this store: rawliving.co.uk. I am absolutely satisfied that I placed the order. The parcel was sent immediately. I waited for it in Poland for exactly 2 weeks, after ordering via Royal Mail. The time involved waiting at the border, but I had a tracking link and everything was clear. I now know that I love this store and I highly recommend shopping there, I will definitely shop there again. I am also very satisfied with the products, the way they are packaged and the expiration dates. Oh, and I've got a free product - 1kg of eco hemp seeds in a amazing colorful beautiful package - WONDERFUL! Thank you:)

Absolutely delicious agave syrup. Unfortunately one bottle came broken with all the syrup spilled inside, but fortunately, a very good professionalism of the company, shipped me another one… in the same day when I’ve received the broken one 😊 I would highly recommend it

I rarely write reviews and never put 1 star to anyone but not now. I’ve placed my order on Friday paying for 24 hours delivery service. On Monday I gave a call to the company questioning about my order. I was told they were not working over the weekend but I would get my item on Tuesday for sure. And.. tadam.. I’ve got it on Wednesday. Maybe you think it’s not a big deal but when you’re traveling or purchasing items as a gift and you are paying for 24 hours delivery service you don’t expect it to be like this. And I haven’t got any apologies from that side. So, the product itself is amazing, but the customer service and delivery are super low.

Fast delivery and Highly responsive
Would say I’m a sceptical online purchaser, however this team/website has made this process effortless and built confidence in them and I can’t wait to try the products- as these are the types of products I’ve seen elsewhere but this company has an authenticity that I haven’t come across before.
