Very professional from receptionist to specialist. Pleasure to be seen as an individual not as a money pit.

I had a brilliant services. The optician Simon was excellent, explained very clear my eye test results.
and the services for getting my new glasses was brilliant too.

I saw Simon, who was very professional and explained everything that he was testing and afterwards compared my scans from beforehand to the present ones.
I felt I was in safe hands.

Banstead Rawlings. A very attentive, competent and thorough Optician conducted the eye exam, and I had fabulous support in selecting frames from the dispensing optician. All in all, an extremely welcoming, professional service. PJP

A great experience chosing new glasses at Rawlings opticians in Banstead. The choice of glasses was very good and the help was outstanding. Time and patience were in abundance. I don't like changing my glasses but after my visit I don't think it will be a problem. Excellent.

Went all over looking for my glasses. Went to Banstead .When id given up ,passed Rawlings and decided to go in.
So pleased I did. A lovely gentleman ,with lots of patience, helped me with a selection; found my glasses!!!

My first time at Rawlings opticians.
Delightful experience. Clean and tidy shop with many designer options for glasses. I went for an ear syringe, which was done efficiently by a knowledgeable young lady.
All in all a great experience, I will return!

I went for a hearing test as on NHS waiting list, had the best feedback and service I have had for years, Jessica Tovey was brilliant.

Simon was excellent, vvv meticulous in his approach and what was required to make me totally comfortable in his ability to access and advise my current eye care requirements.

I wanted to try a different opticians to the usual specsavers or boots. So when we passed Rawlings in Banstead highstreet i booked an appointment for my son.
I could tell he was quite nervous (I'm not to sure why) however the optician ( I think his name was Simon) was fantastic- Very friendly and calming, and made the whole process flawless. Fortunately he didn't need glasses (unfortunately for my son as he had already picked the pair he wanted)
We will definitely go to Rawlings again for our eye tests.

Made an appointment for an eye exam and was treated very well by the staff . The eye exam was very thorough and professional and everything was explained so you are not left unsure or confused.

Popped in on the off chance to see if they offered a service for tightening glasses and they couldn't have been more helpful. I hadn't bought my last pair of glasses from this opticians either and they offered to help tighten them for free! Very polite and helpful. I insisted on leaving some cash as they had be so accommodating. Will go back for sure.
