If I could give zero stars, I would. At first sight, Rawheat comes across as a very professional company. However, don't be fooled by this. They are very hot on being paid in advance, but not so hot on sorting out problems if they occur. A full system flush (costing >£700 including VAT) was not carried out effectively with the result that my system was leaking water and taking in air. This resulted in my radiators not being balanced. I have lost count of the number of times I have emailed and called Rawheat to come to resolve the issue. Whenever I call, I am told that whoever I need to speak to is out or on the phone and that they will get back to me, but they never do. This has been going on for 18 months. If I wasn't so busy at work, I would take Rawheat to the small claims court. How a company deals with a complaint is an opportunity for that company to build customer loyalty - but this is a lesson that Rawheat has yet to learn. My strong advice is to avoid using Rawheat.
