Ordered 4 shirts in July 2024, only received 3. I have literally been following them up for over 6 months and still never received the last shirt or any reply from the support. BRADLEY MARTYN IS A SCAMMER!!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!! They have rebranded to bmfitgear now because of all the horrible customer complaints and they're flat out ignoring people.

Been ordering Rawgear for a couple years here and there and have always liked Bradley, haven't had a problem until now. Material has been decent most of the time, but I ordered two shirts this time and they shipped one, said the other was on the way and it never came, reached out to customer service multiple times over email, called and there has been no response for either. Basically just stealing $$ from customers at this point. 10/10 would not reccommend

Ordered two2 shirts. One shirt arrived, did not fit, so we initiated the return and received the credit. Re: the second shirt, Rawgear advised that it could not be "fulfilled"...that was their only explanation.Still have not received the remaining refund for the shirt that never arrived. I've emailed and texted to them several times, and NOT ONE REPLY!. This company sucks!

I am a previous gym owner and bodybuilder so when I purchased these gloves after the website claimed that they were the “best” gloves ever was I ever surprised. These are the world’s worst gloves I’ve ever seen. They are thin and offer absolutely no padding whatsoever. In addition after one use of the gloves they were starting to rip. The customer service is run by foreign people that do not understand a word of English nor could i understand anything from them. They claim to offer a full money back warranty but buyer beware ! Stay away!

I ordered their eternal life joggers and one month later they never came. Had to email them and apparently they sold out and DID NOT BOTHER TO NOTIFY ME. they took my money and would have kept it had I not emailed them early November.

Bear in mind that while they do have a return policy, it is VERY one-sided. Among other restrictions, "Only the actual cost of your order, less the outbound and/or return shipping fee will be refunded." On a $45.99 order, I received only a $4.99 refund. That's a LOT of postage for some small and very lightweight gloves.

Still not received my order (which was large and paid a lot for!) after a month, and I get told in an email from them that it is not their responsibility if the parcel goes missing and no refunds are given for lost parcels!!!??!?!?!!!
It’s apparently all my responsibility to try and get money back from DHL for the lost parcel which wouldn’t even be possible on my end?!!!

This brand is so crazy. Their seamless shorts are absolutely not functional nor squat proof and I’m not even allowed to return them… Cheap scammers.

Worst site. Placed and order on Black Friday it’s a month now and still hasn’t been shipped. They don’t even answer emails or phones.

These d*ckheads can't even manage their stock properly - they take your money no problem and do not inform you that products have been oversold.
I had to go to the trouble of emailing them when it took longer than a month for me to hear anything back - then they told me they had oversold the product. Well done guys. No communication. Also as a kick in the teeth - they offered me a sorry (can't do s*it) with that , and a measley 10% - which anyone can claim when creating a new email account which takes 5 seconds.

On top of this - they refunded me for the item they did not have in stock - but took away the discount and I was refunded far less AND they still charged me 40$ for shipping lol.

What crap customer service + lack of common sense. This company actually sucks. I'm going with Team Young LA.

Placed an order and did not receive any tracking information for over a week. I finally requested to cancel the order, and all they could say was "sorry you wish to cancel your order". Like no, you simply did not even try to ship my order when I live in the same state. Did not receive an apology for their lack of professionalism or an offer/coupon for their laziness in not shipping my order. There's simply no way I could ever recommend this company.

Absolutely the worst! I have emailed and called too my times to count! No response!
When you call, you leave a message. No one will reply. Same with an email. Do not waste your time or money. I am contacting the BBB.
I do not want anyone else to go through this.

The sad story of a youtuber that had a really good idea for gym merch but can’t commit to providing sufficient quantity for anything. Literally every drop sells out too quickly, not because of popularity but because of low quantity. Shipping takes an insanely long amount of time too! I had to wait 3 months just for a pair of shorts! Save your time and get some better, cheaper, quality gym merch elsewhere. This man obviously is a sellout

Decent company but way too expensive for anyone outside of the USA. Shipping took longer than it said and I asked for a refund for just the shipping and they gave me an unnecessarily hard time about it. Shipping takes way too long and costs like $35... Not worth it for fellow Canadians!
