I ordered the dress which looked gorgeous in the photo (which I have seen found on another overseas site too). Thr dress turned up but is completely different...no bead no sparkle only a cheap embroidery. The dress is very basic and looks very cheap - not £223 worth more like £23 worth. Many emails later I have been offered 50%, 85% and payment in full for the dress but nothing for the postage either way. I'm now claiming charge back via my bank to try and get £223 back. Their current offer is down to 85% again. I would not recommend purchasing anything from Ravellia - it really does seem a scam from my experience.

They are scammers. Their pictures look great. Wait until you receive the dress, it is a complete garbage that even the poorest woman would wear. DO NOT BUY FROM THAT COMPANY. It was my mistake, I did not check their review before I placed my order. They refuse to reimburse my money. I am going to put a claim with my credit card company. Hopefully, I will get my money back.
They only say they will give me a 15% refund and I can keep the dress, or 30% in store credit and keep the dress. This is complete scam to rob people.

Please don’t buy anything from ravellia! If you need to return it they mak your life miserable and DO NOT FULL refund! They give me a hard time and just refund 45%of my order, was 145! Awful costumer service, and terrible dress

Received a wedding dress basically rolled up in a plastic bag. Ordered champagne and the dress was pink. Stitching was coming loose even before trying it on. Fabric was awful. The dress was very ill fitting. I paid through PayPal thank goodness. PayPal intervened and was able to get the company to give me a full refund. The kicker is I had to return the dress at my expense and it cost 147.00 to return it to China. I sent it anyway because they bank on people keeping the trash they receive by offering a discount to keep it. Terrible experience be aware of the return policy because you probably won’t like what you receive!

Fraudulent! I ordered a dress for my beer friends wedding and no only was it the wrong size, style, shape and colour, they refused to exchange the dress or give me a refund. They made me jump through hoops and give them pictures, videos, tracking numbers and all sorts only for them to say that they can’t help and that they’ll give me 10% discount and won’t even consider a refund. ITS A SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COST!

I would give zero stars. Dress came faulty. Threads hanging, beads falling off, lace damaged. Sent in a vacuum packed tiny bag, which the full length dress is still creased 4 weeks later. Will not give a refund, told me to fix the beads myself!!!!!!!! Offered a discount on next order 🤣🤣🤣

Don’t buy terrible company they don’t respond to emails .I ordered April 10th promised it would arrive May 3 still waiting it’s May 18 daughters wedding is June 8 asked for phone number but don’t have one to talk to someone would love to report them don’t waste your time and money

I purchased a dress that I planned to wear to a special event. When the dress arrived, I was disappointed because it wasn't what I was expected. I thought the dress would have a thicker fabric around the bust and hips area to cover my private parts, however it turns out to be a see through dress (no proper inner lining and no built in bra which contradicted their description on their website). When I put the dress on, I can clearly see my undergarments beneath the dress which is terrible. For those reasons, I initiated return. I told them what the issue of the dress are, they asked me to email them a pictures of the dress. After doing so, they responded to my email with a photo of the dress from their website pointing out to a different area of the dress (which is not even the issue or I was complaining about) that it is meant to be like that. Also, on the same email they suggested to buy a pair of invisible bra pads from their website so I can wear the dress better. Wrong! because I already tried the dress with bra pads on and I can see them through the dress! Obviously, they are refusing to acknowledge the issue because they do not want to give my money back. Scammers!!! I will not buy a dress from you ever again!!!!

Horrible. Scam company. Please do not order from this company, the dresses you see on their site is not their work. I ordered a wedding dress and it took months to come only for the dress to look nothing like the photo. the dress was made out of a curtain that you hang in your living room and smelled like cigarettes. DO NOT BUY you will be highly disappointed and the customer service is horrible. The lace on the wedding gown was hanging off and the train was sewed to a piece of the lace that was hanging off. PLEASE AVOID AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.

Do not buy a dress from this company! Your dress comes from China and it is horribly made, smells like awful chemicals, and they scam you for your money. They offer a refund on the website, but when it comes down to it, they give you the runaround for months before they offer you a gift card or to keep the merchandise for future events. I mean how many times do they think we’re getting married? Shop local, there are so many other ways to find beautiful inexpensive dresses! DO NOT BUY ANY DRESSES FROM RAVELLIA

Do NOT buy from this site! The dresses in their photos are stolen from designer websites. The dress was not at all like the one pictured. When I emailed to try to go through return process they sent their OWN photos of the actual dress I received which ARE NOT posted on their website. They make it almost IMPOSSIBLE to return! In fact I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and that is how I got my money back.

NO REFUNDS this company is the worst. They don’t do refunds. Material is so cheap and they are from CHINA. Takes over a month to receive and NO customer service. THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE. DO NOT BUY. I LOST $200

No Refunds! This site really doesn't budge when it comes to the rules! No Refunds! Tried to buy 2 variations on a dress to get the right fit, but they didn't want to do this and pushed beck a lot. Ordered on that was right size on paper (not customized) but it was way out of proportion to what was advertised. No Refunds! We had a destination wedding so less than a week after returning tried to get the refund. No customer service to call so had to write email and wait for reply - over 14 days! Advise is unless you have the time (way in advance of need), you want to take the risk and you have a need for the dress at a later time you should shop elsewhere. No refunds ever! Only store credit and fees for returning. I can understand that is you are a physical store, not online!

Avoid at all costs ordered a dress took 2 months to find and fed ex left it on doorstep and somebody pinched it ravellia are ignoring emails not replying to me stated they’d refund me now radio silence

You better love whatever you buy because you really cannot return it. I bought a Mother of the groom dress that was marketed as ankle length - I’m 5’3 and it was at least 10 inches too long. I was required to send photos of myself in the dress and then was told k should have paid more attention to the dress description- they offer me a 30% coupon and keep the dress or 15% refund and keep the dress. The 15% was taken off the recent sale price so not really 15%. I won’t purchase anything from them again.

This company does not honor their return policy and has made it extremely difficult to return an item. They have only offered me 30% store credit or 15% refund on the item. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

This company's refund policy is extremely disappointing. I bought two dresses for my daughter's prom to have some options. When the first dress arrived, I was disappointed with how it looked in person, so I tried to return it. After sending multiple emails to Customer Service, they finally responded days later, asking for a detailed explanation of why I wanted to return the dress. They then requested measurements and pictures. Despite clearly stating that I did not want the dress, they insisted that the lighting in my room may have affected the pictures, making it difficult to process the return. It is impossible to reach a real person over the phone, and it seems like they will go to great lengths to avoid giving a refund. I strongly advise against ordering from this website.

Received two dresses on 3/31. did not like the way it fit. Requested return/refund 4/3 which is within 14 days of the requirement. Went through many correspondence and it is very obvious that the company does not want to honor the request. I chose to purchase online instead of go to a store to actually try dresses on because the dresses look good in the pictures. Once received, the dresses is average at best, material is cheap and design is nothing to write home about. The way Ravellia makes return/refund so difficult for customers, I will never and will advise others to avoid using this company unless you are 100% certain that you are going to keep the dresses whether you like it or not. All the hurdles Ravellia requested customer to do before they would even grant your request is unbelievable. It will be easier to just sell the dresses cheap, which actually reflect the products, instead of going through all the steps and not knowing if you are going to get a refund and if you do, how much refund you would get. Terrible company to do business with.

It’s a scam avoid this website!I ordered a dress in a generic size 10 so that I would be able to return it if it wasn’t right.Apparently their “worry free” returns policy allows this.Ive received the dress almost two weeks ago.It doesn’t fit but they won’t send me a returns form.They want a reason,which is fine,but they also want me to send them pictures of my chest,waist and hip measurements clearly shown on a tape measure!Extremely unprofessional and illegal!I have already contacted my credit card provider to start a claim against them.
