Our office got it for some projects. The product itself wasn't very good, so we cancelled.
Funny thing, 6 months later they just started charging us again. We didn't notice on the corporate card right away and they racked up like 8 months of bills after we cancelled. When I got in touch I'm pretty sure their customer service is also AI. The guy "Tony" didn't help and just kept repeating himself, it was like talking to a robot. He strung out the conversation long enough to charge us again.
I eventually had to report them to our credit card company to get our money back. Steer clear!

Absolutely insane way to run a business. I singed up during the "trail" period, "cancelled", and continue to be charged. We are able to dispute the charge and get money back every month, HOWEVER we continue to be charged even after changing our card. INSANE. I'm beside myself that this is a legal business. There should be criminal charges.

Hi Cassie, You're right to be angry. Sometimes - especially in the beginning of a business's journey - we mess up. We take responsibility for the billing issue that occurred and how it was handled. My understanding is that this issue has been resolved. I have since worked really hard to make sure nothing like that ever happens again.

SCAM. Do not try this service. There is no way to end your trial and they will charge you over and over. Have been trying to cancel since MARCH 2024 it is now DECEMBER 2024.
UPDATED 2025: Had to escalated to my credit card and their payment platform to resolve the issue.

They don't show any details about the subscription, its billing, how to cancel or other T&Cs about it. And then when you read the reviews from TP, it is evident that there is a reason for that as cancelling is very hard. So, I decided to skip trying this service as I couldn't see what exactly I was signing up to.

Can't Cancel Subscription - No Consent
Simply put, there is no way to cancel subscription.
- No button on website, there is this one button that says "Manage" but leads you to your latest invoices that they don't warn about
- For people that want to try their service out, please don't - they will make you use the code for 1$ trial for a month but there is no e-mail about renewing your subscription, they just renew your subscription with no consent at 50$ and automatically grab 50$ from your bank account
- Their support doesn't help with anything since the Contact Us page is just an infinite loading form page that doesn't send anything to anywhere

Yikes, Sorin. I understand the frustration, but I want to clarify. Subscriptions can be canceled in the app at any time, and continued access over an extended period indicates an active subscription. As with any other product, we can’t retroactively refund long-running subscriptions, as that wouldn’t be reasonable or consistent with our policy. I feel bad this landed where it did.
