Rauva provides excellent services

Rauva provides excellent services, I found it extremely useful as an independent business owner. The platform is user-friendly and efficient, making it much easier to manage my company. My only suggestion would be for Rauva to consider partnering with a Portuguese bank that operates locally within Portugal, as this would enhance convenience and integration for users who operates their business within the Portugal.

So far so good

So far so good. I’m very impressed with the level of service, how the app works and that I can schedule a call with an accountant any time. It’s also great that they deal with all the annoying bureaucracy so that I do not have to. They ensure I am compliant and this alone is worth the price of admission.

bad service

bad service, they are only reachable by chat. The employers just follows a script, they don't answer your questions, but give some random copy paste policy advice as an answer, but its totally random, the certain content.
They are unable to add the owner to our administration, after more than one year. very sad, because they charge to much for almost nothing

Do not trust Rauva with your banking

Do not trust Rauva with your banking, and especially not with your accounting.

Their processes and app are terrible, their people will do nothing but be defensive and make excuses when things go wrong (and they will, very often).

Opening my business account with Rauva was a seamless and stress-free experience. Every step was simplified, and I received outstanding support from start to finish. Very poor accounting service

Very poor accounting service. The €88 plan is a gimmick to get you to sign up with them but ultimately is too limited for any company that is active.
Additionally, the app is very buggy. Card didn’t work a few times when I wanted to pay. They do not have access to the MB network.

Be careful

Painful onboarding for PT company
Swan io is the bank behind (from France), so expect some problems of checking everything and to deal with many blocked

Worst service ever

Worst service ever. Their accountant misled me to open an account with them and left a month later. Once I realised the wrong advice I asked to close my account and no accountability was taken. Also as I was closing my account some old direct debit attempted to take Payment and for each failed debit, Rauva charges you €10. They sell you a plan for €89 for 3 transaction a month. Above 3 monthly transaction they will charge you €3 per transaction even if it s €3 uber ride. Other accountants would allow you 50 transaction a month for the same price or unlimited so be careful before signing. Because 3 transactions a month makes no sense for any companies.their plan is made to charge you €200-300 per month in reality.

Rauva was a painful experience, can't recommend

We used Rauva because of the positive online reviews. Unfortunately, for us using Rauva to open a new business in Portugal was a fairly painful process. The team sent the wrong things to us to sign multiple times. Once, they even sent someone else's business docs for us to sign by mistake. After our company had already been created, they sent an email saying our Rauva account has not been approved, they couldn't tell us why, there was nothing we could do about it, and we would need to rush to find our own accountant to take care of everything by the deadlines to avoid penalties. In the end, it was a blessing to not have to use Rauva for ongoing accounting services. We found a local accountant who is both more affordable and more competent. The only good thing about our experience with Rauva was Inês, who was responsive over Whatsapp.

You are standing at the store and your cards don´t work

I was to late with uploading a receipt. And in stead of calling me you FROZE my bank account completely.

You can call me when you need documents to onboard me as a client but not before freezing my account completely over sub 200 euro invoice to Muslim (Indonesia) country.

I have transfers over 1000 euro also without a receipt to EU countries and thats okay.

On January 14th at 11:32 AM, we reached out via email to inform you that our banking partner, Swan, needed some additional documentation regarding a specific transaction for regulatory compliance mandated by the Central European Bank. To ensure you had all the support necessary during this process, we followed up with reminders on January 20th and January 23rd. In our message on January 23rd, we mentioned that not responding could potentially lead to account suspension.
We noticed that you submitted the requested documents on January 30th around 9 AM, and that your account was reinstated at 6:59 AM the very next day—less than one business day later! It’s worth noting that if these documents had been submitted when we initially requested, it could have helped avoid any suspension of your account altogether.
We absolutely understand how frustrating these situations can be, and we're genuinely sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. However, for the sake of clarity and transparency for others who may read your review, we would like to kindly ask you to consider updating or removing it so that it accurately reflects the entirety of this experience, as in the end this security measures are designed to protect everyone involved.
