Rattrix, or should we call them Rat Tricks???

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are con artists. My wife recently purchased a treadmill from them which displayed an error message as soon as she plugged it in. She emailed their Customer Services email address (as they do not give a telephone number) to request a return and a refund and they did not even bother to reply. We have both emailed them since and still no response. This company is a joke. Avoid them at all costs!!!

Well, after receiving a response from Rat Tricks I decided to give them the benefit of doubt and contacted them again with the info they requested. What do you know, I have again had no response. Hardly surprising really! They've made themselves look even more incompetent than I originally thought. Come on Rat Tricks, you have my details. Get in touch and refund my wife's hard earned cash you took from her and get this useless piece of crap picked up and taken away. It's cluttered up my house long enough. And don't bother to respond on Trustpilot until you've actually done something as you clearly have no intentions of doing so.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE ROBBERS!!!

Absolutely awful - cowboys.

We ordered a rattan furniture set this company via wowcher.
The table arrived late, and the box battered, missing fixings, the rattan snapped on the table and mould on 2 of the seats.

We emailed to discuss this and took days to reply, stating they would refund £30 - the maximum they could.

We since havent had any refund at all, and no communication despite giving them a chance.

I'm absolutely appalled at the quality of the stuff they send out, their lack of customer service and how little they value their customers. I will now be contacting my bank and trading standards regarding this cowboy company.

DO NOT BUY!!!
If it was possible to give zero I would have. Bought a treadmill and although it arrived promptly it DOES NOT WORK!!! DO NOT BUY from this company, their customer service is non existent and I am now over £320 out of pocket but if they think I’m going just let it go, they can think again as I will start further action against this company.

Slight issue not their fault resolved in a professional manner and not a single problem getting it resolved

Awful retailer

I purchased a ride on unicorn for my daughter’s birthday via wowcher and upgraded to express delivery for £10.99. It was due to be delivered on the Wednesday but didn’t show up until the Saturday and the tracking and label showed it had been sent on a standard service. After several emails the seller blamed it on the pandemic and refused to give me a refund for the sevice I didn’t receive. Wowcher we’re just as unhelpful and said it’s not their policy to refund postage as they can’t do it through the system. But they were able to refund my duplicate order I made.
No phone number, you wait days for email replies that are badly worded.
The unicorn was also missing fixing tools.
Avoid both this seller and Wowcher.

Broken spin bike …

My daughter ordered a spin bike from Rattrix. Bike arrived quickly with a piece missing . It was also supposed to be a quiet bike but there is something wrong as it’s making a very loud noise when you pedal like something is broken. So have not been able to use . We contacted them who asked for us to video it . We are still awaiting a reply from them absolutely disgusting customer after care . Would not recommend this company atal .

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking! Bought walking pad through OnBuy on 1st Jan with delivery by 7th. 1 month later after being promised a 2nd shipment still no walking pad, no refund and just empty promises in emails that don't deliver. They are selling their products on wowcher, onbuy and direct but not delivering. Wondering if this is a legitimate business?

I ordered a treadmill from this…

I ordered a treadmill from this company. First time I went to use it it switched on showing an E04 error code. I emailed them and sent evidence of the code and replied stating it an issue with the motor. I responded asking what I was supposed to do about it given i am not an engineer. No response to a further two emails. I contacted PayPal to open a dispute (first time I have ever done this in 10 years of having It). Rattrix offered a full refund if I returned the item and paid for the postage: I got a quote for 450 to have the treadmill returned to CHINA!!! PayPal did nothing about this stating that it was the customers responsibility to pay return postage and it was in the agreement. So now I have a treadmill I have never been able to use. 250 down the drain.do not use this company and I wouldnt bother with opening a claim with PayPal either waste of time!!!!

Defective Treadmill

Shocking

Shocking, appalling, useless, ineffective. Ordered a treadmill. Arrived without instructions or remote control, which is needed to operate the treadmill. We have had no response to our multiple emails. Their customer service is non existent. Avoid do not buy anything from this company. Our next stop is trading standards.

Waiting for delivery

Like other users I'm currently waiting for a treadmill which was due for delivery on or before 11th Jan. I'm also still waiting for a response to my email I sent them yesterday morning asking for an update - no doubt if it does ever arrive it will be on the days I'm physically at work and get sent to a depot somewhere (I chose the delivery date for a reason as I'm sure others did too). Better communication is needed!

Communication could be better.

Overall not bad but the company should really have a HR human resources department so that the customer can actually talk to someone over the phone rather then emailing and waiting for a reply.

Faulty treadmill, poor customer service

I bought a treadmill from this company via Wowcher. Item arrived broken with a faulty belt. I contacted the company within 30 minutes of receiving the item and the response from Attrix following my raised concerns was not at all satisfactory - I was told to replace the broken piece myself!! No offer of a product replacement but instead told to fix the faults myself. I paid for a brand new machine, not a faulty one and definitely did not pay to fix the product myself (which arrived broken on delivery).

I immediately asked for a refund.

I was given the choice to choose a collection date, which I did with ample business days notice as required. They acknowledge this collection date in writing. The collection day arrive and went - with no one arriving to collect the item! No contact from Rattrix and no acknowledgement or apology of not collecting the item. I emailed Rattrix but have not heard anything from them since!

This is shocking customer service - I really should’ve known that the lowered advertised price for the treadmill was too good to be true.

I would not recommend purchasing from this company (Attrix.com) and definitely have hesitations and reservations from buying via Wowcher.

Ordered shock absorbent treadmill. Not arrived. Told me it was with Hermes. Tracking number however showed Hermes doesn’t have it. !! This was purchased through Wowcher. I think this is a scam. Do not get enough communication to get this sorted.

DID NOT ARRIVE

Ordered a spin bike and it was not delivered. I heard nothing from Rattrix until I contacted them (just after the delivery window) and I am still waiting to see where my parcel is. This is very frustrating as I purchased the bike 2 weeks ago and am no further forward. DO NOT USE!!!!!!
