Rose range small corner sofa,
I bought a Rose range small corner sofa set. Delivery was good, took about 8 working days, with a telephone call from the courier to arrange a suitable day for the delivery.
Very pleased with the quality, the only reason this didn't make 5 stars is the fact that once the back cushions are in place, which are 20cm thick, there is only about 42cm left to sit on.
Overall, can't fault the service and delivery.

Very happy with the furniture set when…
Very happy with the furniture set when it arrived. Not too pleased with not being notified about the delivery. Had to phone the delivery company to get time and date as pallet drop off.

Nice expensive looking corner suite
Received order within 3 days which was brilliant.
Easy to put together.
Lovely deep cushions and comfy to sit on.
Only downside to this suite is the table as the rattan sags underneath the glass when it's hot.

Absolutely stunning furniture with…
Absolutely stunning furniture with super thick comfy cushions. I purchased the Cambridge large corner sofa fire pit set and two sun loungers. Only small issue, there wasn’t any screws etc to make the fire pit more secure. Have been in touch with Rattanpark whom I’m sure will be able to advise or rectify. Fantastic customer service especially Daniel, who oversaw my delivery leaving the warehouse to arriving at my door. Would definitely recommend them and their beautiful garden furniture. You wouldn’t be disappointed! A++ service from start to finish

Rattanpark garden furniture are brilliant.
Rattanpark garden furniture are second to none. I purchased the large Rose garden set last year. Rattanpark have been fabulous with a couple of issues we have had since purchase.
No sooner I had Emailed them, they sorted it out immediately 😀 👍.
I have nothing but good praise for them. They are 5* all the way.

Delighted with my purchase.
Furniture arrived when we expected it and had call from driver 30 minutes beforehand. Corner right hand sofa with rising table us excellent quality and easy to assemble with just one person. I am so pleased with it.

Customer service is a joke
Here's the experience I had. Though the turnaround was quick abd the products of decent quality the delivery and missing elements were a complete disgrace.
Multiple attempts were made to rectify a damaged part with Multiple failures. The deliveries either won't take or bring what you expect and then you need be able to package the returns to their specific requirements! It's a shame as the customer service was shoddy at best and merely give lipservice over email as you can never speak anyone.
In short is it worth the price? Perhaps but only if you are prepared to to have missing parts and damaged equipment with nothing in terms of compensation. I would think twice about using them again.
