It comes well packed easy to put together and very comfortable to sit on

Furniture set is really nice. Great quality and looks very well made.
Star knocked off for long delivery time, was originally told ~2 weeks but it ended up taking ~5 weeks to be delivered.
Delivery process was smooth, guy really helpful.
Fully recommend, just order in plenty of time!!

I love the product we received, it’s comfortable, looks fantastic and overall really enjoy it. We chose not to go with the free seat but we received the free covers for the exact garden furniture we ordered and the covers are brilliant too. Delivery was a little delayed. I thought this might happen based on other customer feedback but this garden furniture is excellent

Would not recommend using this company. No communication given and no way to get through to speak to someone on the phone. Emailed and said someone would be in touch within 24 hours, however still waiting. Cancelled my order and was told the refund would be in 10-14 working days, went on live chat on day 11 for an update and was told there’s a delay and to wait a further 2 weeks for refund! Absolutely unacceptable particularly when cost of furniture was just short of £2400. Not to mention a £40 processing fee for the cancellation. Now having to go through my bank as no one is getting back in touch with me.Save yourself the hassle, and stay clear

The furniture itself is good. Unfortunately, the customer service and missing item have let the experience down.

Over five weeks on, the "free" rain cover set included with the order still hasn't arrived. Their own warranty states that the furniture should be covered, but when I asked if they would reimburse me for a cheap temporary cover from Amazon, my emails went unanswered. I've also had multiple live chat conversations with no resolution, and I've had to do all the chasing. I still don't know if the covers will actually arrive, despite them continuing to advertise them on their website.

Great furniture, but not the most trustworthy company with incredibly disappointing after-sales support.

Waited months for delivery and when delivered there was as stipulated in sale of purchase no agreed covers for sofas and fire pit.
Dispute numerous calls and emails to the company regarding this, there has to date 05/08/26 been no covers sent with repeated ignored calls and emails sent regarding this.
Purchase was made in February 2026 with sofa, firepit and hanging chair arriving April. As of 5th August still no covers, although these continue to be advertised and sold via the website.
They are a company that cannot be trusted to communicate and honour the purchase and contractual agreement made with customers.

Paid a deposit and told i would be contacted when my Cheltenham set was ready for despatch> Heard nothing. Contacted them and told delivery had not been booked as I had only paid the deposit. Paid the outstanding amount still nothing. Contacted Rattan Hut again via their online chat and told there is a delay with the couriers. I said unless a specific date could be given i would like to cancel. Needless to say, no date, no furniture and no refund. Had to go to my credit card for a refund in the end Avoid at all costs. No body answers their phones or their emails

Ordered garden set in January, arrived in April, minus the parasol. No warning it was missing. It was out of stock, wait until June. Meanwhile being sold on website June came and went, promised it would be despatched that week, several times. We are now in August, out of stock again and no one is replying to us. Terrible service. Feel as though we won't receive it and we are being cheated, not the feeling you want when buying something. AVOID. quality of furniture ok.

Ordered the Cheltenham set with free cover and egg chair on the 18th July found out delivery would take over 3 weeks and they weren't committing to a delivery time. Decided to cancel last week as still wasn't getting an answer on when it would be delivered you can't speak to anyone on the phone and the people on the online chat give you different information. Eventually found out cancellation and refunds take 10 to 14 days. Still waiting for the money to be refunded. No email confirmation no communication. Have had to put in a case with my bank to try to get my money back. Do not use this company.

The furniture is great good quality for the price just had to wait a few months for the egg chair

We ordered our sofa had no response of payment/order we have rang many times with no response and no sofa. Do not use this company they are scamming you out of your money. Mr pete Robinson

We ordered our set weeks ago and we are unable to speak to anyone. They are ignoring voice messages and emails. The phone goes to VM 100% of the time.

Bought the 8 seater set with free egg chair and covers which didn’t turn up!! Sent numerous emails without reply?!?
Not pleased at all!!

Purchased the Cheltenham 10 seater sofa with egg chair, still awaiting the cover sets, tried to contact them numerous times through online bot, e mail & phone, no response, customer service pathetic, stay away from this awful company.

Order for garden furniture took longing than advertised on unpacking the flat packed items ,I found marks on steel work and rusting all ready taking place on metal parts the quality was poor
photo evidence implemented and refund and collection requested now over 4 weeks from first complaint and nothing actioned by rattan hut even through they should and advertise 14 hassle free return policy!!
no reply to email, phone never answered multiply messages left never returned and the chat while communicating gives you the same apologetic answers and no result
trading standards and credit card now involved

Communication during the purchase process was a bit slow, but otherwise OK
When the delivery arrived it was on a pallet and I was unable to inspect individual boxes before the driver left, so it wasn't until later that I noticed the one of the 8 modular pieces had been supplied in the wrong colour.
This was over 3 weeks ago. Since then I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions by e-mail, telephone and online chat. Each time I am given a message that "our friendly and helpful team" will get back to me soon. They don't.

Communication was not the best at first and a few payment issues. Delivery was quite a wait but when it came all fine. Easy to assemble (but time consuming). Once built it is good quality and most importantly all the parts etc. were there. Fire pit excellent and works well and doesn’t use too much gas. The furniture completes my garden nicely and I would reccomend this company.

The seating set is fantastic. Great when we have the family round.

I purchased the Cheltenham aluminium 10 seater sofa set with firepit and egg chair 4th August 2025 costing £2,200. I was initially delighted however i noticed that the covers started to split after just a few months. As it was well within the guarantee period on June 9th 2026 i wrote an email so say that 4 of the 6 covers had badly split leaving the suite open to the elements. I supplied clear photos and followed this up with a phone call the following week where i was told that someone would be in touch within 48 hours. No one contacted me so sent a second email to chase this. A month later on 10th July i sent a further email and 5/6 calls and have still heard nothing in way of a response. This has now been over 6 weeks and now a 5th cover has torn and seat cushions are getting damaged. The quality is very poor and the customer service is non existent. Don't but from Rattan Hut. I have now been left with no option but to contact trading standards
