Love Rat Rations, everything I need for my pet rats, Rat Rations has it. Variety of foods, bedding, toys and lots more. The customer service is excellent and the staff work really hard to get customers orders out.

Another wonderful experience. Had to order some food for my rats. Website informed about longer wait which I of course understand so no problem there. I was amazed when I noticed a few hours later on that day that the delivery was scheduled for the next day! I've been ordering from RatRations regularly but this is honestly te cherry on top of the cake given the pandemic and how busy they get.

Great company. Lovely people running the business, who are more than happy to help with any issues you might have. i was sent a different food by mistake a while back and they sorted it out for me straight away and even sent the right food to me free of charge. couldn't be any better if they tried. also, their products are amazing and they have a nice varied range of mixes for all kinds of species and life-stages. very well known in the rat community for being an amazing, friendly and professional business run by some of the most kind-hearted and genuine people i've come across.

Absolutely amazing! Great customer service too! I emailed to change an item in my order and they did it no problem. Quick delivery amazing customer service. 100% won't buy from anywhere else. 10/10 you guys are the best :)

I bought 2 rope bridges which aren't stable and woke up to my rat unable to bear any weight on his back leg so had to rush him to the vet. I called them later on the same day and explained the situation, they asked for photos of evidence which I sent straight away. The next morning they emailed me saying as I had put it in the cage they wont refund me although it was less than a month ago I had bought them. Against Uk and Eu laws, not happy and will not be returning!

I can not recommend enough. I’m awaiting my second order and had a query about delivery. Had a reply within minutes (turned out it was me being stupid!).
The rat food mixes are always being raved about on rat owner groups and honestly I can see why.
I introduced my five boys to the isa mix 11 after weaning them off rat nuggets and oh my goodness what a change. Their coats are so soft and shiny and their digestive issues have been completely resolved without any other intervention.
I’ve just ordered another 3 bags and as soon as payday hits I’ll be getting enough to fill a feed bin!
My boys also have the additional supplement powder three times a week, which is recommended by both Ratrations and everyone else I’ve asked.
I feel so reassured that I’m feeding my babies something wholesome and enriching- to see them foraging about their cage is delightful, so much more exciting than rat nuggets.

A brilliant company and I love their dedication to good quality products for pet owners and their furry families 🥰

They do some lovely food and the postage time is very quick but disappointed in the postage cost. Unfortunately too expensive for me so will be going else were next time

***stolen £20 off my order, refusing to refund***

I called a few days ago as i seemed to have an issue with an order. The shop ended up only partially refunding me leaving ne £20 in the minus. All i got on the phone was a laugh fron the guy i was dealing with. I had no choice but to inform the police abd trading standards about the theft

I couldn't love ratrations more to be honest! i've used them since 2012. Such a brilliant range of natural feedstuff, I will continue to use this site indefinitely.

Posting heavy things isn't cheap, but they've got various tips and tricks to make it so it doesn't break the bank

Really had a pleasant experience with this shop.
I ordered of rather large bulk of sputniks from them, and a few other items. 2 of the items I'd ordered wasn't in stock, but they told me this really quickly and offered me a solution. Only 2 days after ordering (if I'd gotten back to them about the items not in stock, I'm sure it would have been shipped the day after ordering), it was shipped and arrived 2 days later (from UK to Denmark).
All the items were nicely packaged and everything was just perfect. Will definitely be back :)!

I started shopping with this company since they supplied ready made seed mixes for degus. My girls are on a special diet which the seeds are an important part of. My degus even think it's the best part ;) Delivery was very quick, I expected it later in the week but received it on Monday!

I love RatRations and so do the rats!

It's easy and convenient for me to order food and bedding in one place, they are also super helpful!
