James Hedley has done a wonderful job with my Portfolio and made me 'Loads of Money' James has been a pleasure to work with and communication has been excellent. Also a thank you to his team past and present including Pat King, Darren During and Jonathan Williams.

Our experience of Rathbones goes back to the 1990’s starting from initially covering our need to have a savings plan to provide our young family with security to meet unexpected challenges.
Rathbones demonstrated to both of us a level of communication, which whilst always technically improving, still retained us in a very personal and comfortable way. Rathbones’ staff over the years have reinforced our confidence level.
When we then wished to consider how we could replan our family financial planning to include our grown up children and our grandchildren, our investment advisor, Neil Wong, had already shown to be able to encompass my wife’s and my own level of likely needs and future wishes by attention paid to our individual priorities and needs. James Hedley and Caroline Kirkham in the Liverpool office have provided my family with a very professional service with good communication and access to information via apps and online accounts to allow me to monitor my financial portfolio's performance. They have given me good advice on financial matters and guided me through the process of setting up accounts for my wife, sons and brother to enable all to invest in relevant financial markets and at the appropriate levels of risk. The Rathbones performance has generally been better than some of the other firms used and I have built up trust in their services knowing they will be well managed.

I have been with Rathbones for many years, but I only use them to manage my share portfolio. Their charges are broadly comparable to those of organisations offering a similar service. The portfolio growth has met and often exceeded my expectations. However, it is the hassle-free, professional service I receive that keeps me a customer.

My Account Manager is Will Roberts. He has looked after my affairs for several years. He and his team are incredibly efficient and approachable. I appreciate that I am not always easy to please, but they always meet (and usually exceed) my expectations.

I have a long standing experince with Investec which was recently taken over by Rathbones. Luckily my relationship with my wealth manager (Marion Reilly) continues as she is the one who has delivered a first class service throughout the years. Nothing is too much trouble for Marion and her team. They respond immediately to queries and are always available to explain and guide in all matters and are a pleasure to deal with.
