Great deals and straightforward user experience
Bought tickets for a hockey game. Saved a bit of cash for seats in exact same spot compared to other 3rd party resellers. Though it is in USD it took a few hours to process the charge and the exchange rate fluctuated so cost went up a tad. Still preferable. The seat previewing and selection was easy and intuitive. Check out was a breeze as well. Received mobile tickets within a few hours of buying. Would recommend!

First time user here. Site was fairly easy to use. I bought opening tickets for a Colo Rockies game on April 5th.
My only question is why will it take until April 1st to get my tickets??

Easy to use. Competitive pricing.
It was easy to search and find seats. I was able to get to a photo showing the view from that seat. When you account for fees on top of ticket price, the same tickets were cheaper here than via the band's web site. I do wish they indicated which seat numbers in the row purchased you will get before purchasing.

Never received tickets over the course…
Never received tickets over the course of a month of attempts. Numerous inquiries with your customer service with no resolution; tried everything they asked me to do. Kept sending me links that always had same result on Ticketmaster site "Oops. Something went wrong." Said they were following up with Seller but no contact was ever initiated by them. Disputing charge with my credit card company.

Do NOT buy tickets from this scam of a company! I asked for a refund after finding out they had charged me way more than what the tickets were worth. They refused to refund and told me that I could resell them myself for a profit. So I filed a dispute with my bank which then made my PayPal balance in the negative $500.70! I went to click on the link that they sent me to claim them so I could try and resell them and they said they were already claimed by another email address! This company said that since I filed a dispute, they resold my tickets and kept my money!!!

I originally found the site because I did a search to determine what seats might be shaded in the stadium we are going to. Once I decided to purchase tickets there, I could not find info about the specific seats- only an amphitheater in the same complex. Then after purchasing the tickets they came through from Ticketmaster- okay, but no mention of that on the website that I saw. Very confusing! Plus, after working with this site and a few others to obtain Spring Training tickets (I had to use multiple sites to get tickets for three days in a row at nearby stadiums) my credit card was compromised! No way to tell where and how it happened, but doesn’t help that I was shuttled around in this site.
