Just getting started. Not sure how to search or set an alert for specific trip needs. Happy to have discounted subscription to experiment. A points option would be great.

Hello there,
We’re sorry RatePunk hasn’t been as useful as you expected. The deals available can vary depending on your departure airport, destination, travel dates, and current airline availability, and we cannot guarantee that every fare will always be lower than those available elsewhere.
If you already know where and when you want to travel, you don’t need to rely only on the deals sent by email. In the app, go to Flight Deals → Search and enter your departure airport, destination, dates, and number of travellers to look for a specific trip.
We also recommend creating a Price Alert under Alerts → Create alert. You can specify your route, dates, number of travellers, and cabin class, and RatePunk will monitor that trip and notify you when suitable fares are found. The number of general deals you receive can vary based on available fares, so a personalised alert can be more useful when you have a particular journey in mind.
If you’re having trouble finding or setting up your intended flight, please contact us at hi@ratepunk.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Not good experience …
I wish I can say good things about this app. They are good at the rates but when come subscription and customer service. No good. Needs work. After you get a good deal they charge you more for you got instead of first time buy. I cancel all when before and when charge me and they did not answer back. Do not get app if you want customer satisfaction faction.
Also, having diffrent people everytime to solve my issue is not professional To let customer know if due date for subscriptions should email or on app for reminder. This IT issue on app. Not satisfied with with this company and with deals is not what asked for preference.

Hello there,
Thank you for acknowledging the value of the fares you found, and we’re sorry that the subscription and support experience did not meet the same standard.
Some RatePunk subscriptions may begin at an introductory price and renew at the applicable regular rate. The subscription price, billing period, renewal price and conditions are presented during checkout before payment and can also be reviewed in our Terms & Conditions, welcome email, and RatePunk dashboard.
If you cancelled before the renewal but were still charged, we would like to investigate this carefully. A correctly cancelled subscription should not generate another renewal charge. We’re also sorry if you previously contacted our support team and did not receive the assistance you expected.
Please contact us at hi@ratepunk.com from the email linked to your RatePunk account and include the charge date and amount, along with any cancellation confirmation or previous correspondence you have. Our team can review your subscription history, cancellation status, and payment details to determine what happened and assist with the next steps.

Hello Mike,
We’re sorry RatePunk hasn’t provided the value you expected. Flight prices are highly dynamic and can differ between services depending on the route, travel dates, airline availability, and when a particular fare was last updated. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that every fare found through RatePunk will always be the lowest available option.
RatePunk is also designed to reduce the need to repeatedly search for the same trip yourself. With Price Alerts, you can specify your departure and destination, dates, number of travellers, and cabin class, and RatePunk will monitor the route and notify you when suitable fares are found. You can set this up in our app under Alerts → Create alert.
If you’ve found consistent price differences or would like help getting more relevant results for your travel plans, please contact us at hi@ratepunk.com with your routes and dates so our team can assist.
Best regards,
