Rarewaves appear to often ship damaged goods, or inadequately packaged goods - the end result is the same, damaged goods are delivered.
Or they appear to not actually ship the goods, or use especially unreliable couriers, meaning no goods at all arrive.
Best avoided.
I have ordered several items (dvd's) from Rarewaves and although the goods ultimately arrive the time from order to receipt can be 7-10 days. Rarewaves customer service is not great with every reply to an email by the same person. I put a dvd boxset into my basket yesterday priced at £58.85, when I got to the checkout the price had risen to £73.37. Needles to say I am highly unimpressed.
