For the price I paid for the dress I…
For the price I paid for the dress I was expecting a much higher quality, the material felt cheap, the sequins on the dress kept falling off in large amounts and it was nothing like the picture. I would’ve felt happier paying £20 / £30 not £85. The dress has now been returned. This was the first time ordering from Rare London and it will definitely be the last.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Shipping was fast. Quality of the dress is great. I wish it wasn’t A-line though. I have to take it in and hem it. Beautiful though.

One good experience: they listened to my cpmplain and immediately re shipped thr product through urgent delivery to my correct address and I confirmed receiving it

We are so sorry to hear about this, we understand the item you have received had came with loose strings, however the loose strings on this style are very normal as this is the nature of this very delicate fabric, we cannot confirm that there will be no loose threads on the dress upon arrival.

Attire london is a scam, do not buy!
This company was horrible to buy from. I first bought the dress which was fine and easy, until i was tracking it and it told me it was going to take up to two weeks to arrive. After two weeks and a bit i sent multiple emails to the company asking where it is. I then checked again and it said it was delievered to Manchester when i dont even live in that city. They have not replied to my emails and ive lost my prom dress and my money. Do not buy from here, its a scam.
