I still hasn't received my order however i paid for it!

Rarecaps is a huge scam I ordered 20$ worth of caps and I never received them and I ordered these hats bout like 3 months ago... where my hats!!!!

If I could give this site a Zero star rating I would! Like the others who have ordered from this site, I've spent a lot of money- not going to say how much- on this shop just to be left with nothing but a fake tracking number and the site to be gone. I tried to contact Instagram in regards to them promoting this scam site and possibly getting my money back. so far they haven't replied to my email or report on their app. DO NOT BUY FROM ANY WEBSITE SELLING THOSE CLOTHES CAUSE THERE'S A LOT OF THEM!!!

I contacted Shopífy to see if they could help because this store (Rare Caps) belongs to their selling system, but also they did nothing.
In my case, the tracking number existed, but it belonged to something else sent to a different address. They like picked one at random to fool me.

I wasted $10 ordering a hat from the end of June. It's nearing towards the end of August now. As you can tell from reviews, these people do not actually send out hats. I hope someone has the power to shut this company down because it's a scam, yet it gets featured on ads on Instagram. DON'T BUY.

I was able to get a refund from my cc company, you all should do the same. I'm only out $10 but it's the principle of the matter!

Scam company advertising on Instagram. My son ordered $50 worth of hats and never received them. Fake tracking number stated it was delivered to an address in another state. Company doesn't reply to emails or refund money.

Ordered a hat from this company, they took my money and the hat never came. Sent three concerning emails and never got a response.

I wasted 20 bucks and feel like the biggest idiot in the world right now. What a waste... Just don't ever buy anything from these guys. God I wish i never did.

if I could give them a negative review I would. This is total SCAM and all they do is take your money and will not reply to your emails and the number listed does not work.
they need to be banned from any and all social media sites.

It's a scam I ordered my hat July 21 and still haven't got it. Its been reshipped more than 50 times... And phone number doesn't work.

This is a scam, using same tracking number on all orders, so it bounces all over country but no one ever gets their items. Probably using it as a phishing scam for credit card information.

Total scam. My son and I both ordered caps from the website, and both orders have the exact same tracking number. That sure seems strange, doesn't it? When you 'View your Order' through the email they sent out, both tracking updates say that the customer requested the items be redelivered at addresses that aren't ours, and we did not request a re-delivery. TOTAL SCAM!! DO NOT BUY!!!

It's been over 2 weeks and still haven't got my order, the delivery day gets pushed back every single day, they don't answer emails. Just an overall horrible business. They are scammers and should be shut the hell down. Instagram really does need to stop putting these kind of adds up.

BS!!!!!!!!! This place scammed me for $50!!!!! I emailed them multiple times, no response. I tried calling the customer service line, it disconnects you as soon as you try calling. I even went as far to DM them on instagram. I told them about my experience and everything in the message. I looked back and they BLOCKED me. What kind of asshóle does this to people? My package has been sent everywhere in the country but to me. I'm going to have my bank reverse the charges. F@ck this place!!!!!!! Don't even give them a chance. Save your money.
