I tried to enquire of a price for a part for a pump. I contacted Ingersollrand distributor, Raptor Supplies UK. They were REALLY unhelpful and rude, rude rude. The online conversation went...Raptor...Do you want a RFQ? Me....What's an RFQ? Raptor...Request for a quote (How would I know that? I dont speak Pigeon English) Me..I would like a quote for a Thomas Pump AP80 full repair kit...Raptor..Share the part number...Me I guess only Thomas Pumps would know that...Raptor we only quote part numbers. Me.. I will take my business elsewhere good bye. Are you proud of that dialogue? Why don't you properly train your staff or robots to promote your products politely. ????????

Slow to send you a quote, then ignore you as soon as you try and place an order. Rude and total waste of time. Avoid

Placed the order on 17th february. And Paid on website money was deduced by 21st February from bank account.
Arjun singh very nicely wrote to me on 21st Febuary saying they have 50% of stock which they can send now remaining 50% will take around 2 to 3 weeks. I Replied same day send me full order in 3 weeks time.
While i was chasing them after 3 weeks but not getting any proper answer but same answer that they have 50% in stock and they can send me that.
Finally 24th September Shivam Malik send me email that there is delay now they will send can send me remaining 50% on mid April almost after 2 months of original order. I said okay send me 50% which they have in stock.
Now I have started chasing them for the partial shipment which they claimed they have it in stock and it can be send like next day.
finally i got email from Sidhart with cc of 25 other people and attachment of money have i have sent to them for 100% material allocated to 50% material and ask me that you have paid us only for 50% of material and so we will be sending you only 50% material.
I chased again customer services to check my order but they said and i quote " YOU CANNOT READ THE PROFORMA INVOICE"
Then i start chasing them for complete cancelation of order as i cannot trust them anymore so i wasted over 2 months of my time and finally got the refund 11th April 2022
