Raptor machinery r0.6 micro digger
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really impressed with the machine and the service
I recently purchased an R-0.6 mini digger from Raptor Plant Machinery and I've been really impressed with both the machine and the customer service.
Before buying, I visited them and had the chance to see and operate the machine. They were very helpful, answered all my questions and put together a great package including several attachments and delivery.
After using the digger, I found the hydraulics a little too quick for the more precise work I wanted to do. I contacted Raptor and rather than just telling me that's how the machine is, they listened to my feedback, contacted the manufacturer and came up with a solution. They sourced an adjustable hydraulic flow-control valve, tested it on one of their own machines, made a fitting video and sent one out to me. I've now fitted it and it has made a massive difference — the control is excellent.
For me, that's where you really find out what a company is like. It's easy to provide good service when everything is straightforward, but Raptor continued to communicate with me and worked to find a solution after I'd bought the machine.
The R-0.6 itself has been a great little digger and I'm very happy with my purchase. Having UK support, parts availability and a 2-year warranty also gave me confidence buying it.
I'd definitely recommend Raptor Plant Machinery, particularly for the level of customer service and after-sales support I've received.
