not all parts were delivered, and some of the parts that were delivered by DX arrived bent or damaged.

Liked the ease of constructing
Liked the quality
Disliked the delivery which was on a pallet in as one man van. I think at first the delivery driver expected me to remove it from the van (I(am 72)
He reluctantly heaved it off the van and it fell to the ground.
After I struggled indoors with components from the pallet I discovered two metal supports were bent so I had to hammer them back to true, and also both melamne worktops were marked on side.

Bought 5 x 5 shelf racks. Unfortunately these weren’t easy to put together each arm took bending, prying with screwdrivers, excessive hammering to get the little nodules to sit in the frame to allow them to be hammered into position. What should have been a fairly quick and simple task took several hours to do as a result. The machining on these was poor.
NB: Nathan called from Customer service and explained the potential for manufacturing defects in paint thickness and apologised for the inconvenience also explained how he would then check existing stock to ensure future customers didn't experience the same issues. Good customer service. Thank you

I placed a £2,500 order with Rapid Racking a week ago and was expecting delivery today. Instead, I received a phone call telling me the order hadn’t even been dispatched—and that they now needed an additional £1,000 before they would send it.
This was never mentioned at the point of sale. Asking for more money after the fact and on the day of delivery is unacceptable. I immediately requested a full refund.
Based on this experience: zero transparency, broken delivery promise, and an attempted price hike at the eleventh hour. I won’t be using Rapid Racking again.

This was for a substantial amount of industrial racking and the service was first class.

The project itself, went really well and I was very happy with the installed racking the issue we had was the support equipment. We're now two weeks after the project and Rapid Racking have still not removed their equipment from site. We've had 4 failed collections by their contractor. This has resulted in a negative overall experience and one which could have been avoided.

To use the words heavy duty in this garage shelving is ridiculous this product is terrible and an absolute waste of money.
We have fitted out our warehouse with your heavy duty industrial shelving which was a great.
If I had bought this weak poorly manufactured product first I would have not touched your company with a barge pole.
Very disappointed in this very poor quality shelving

I ordered Rapid 2 1600hx915wx455mmd Grey 6 Melamine Shelves. The unit arrived promptly and was well packed and in perfect condition. I happily started to assemble it, which I found easy. Given that I am a person of female persuasion who is nearer 80 than 70 that can be taken to mean that most people would have no problems. However, and this is a real problem, the dimensions given (and there are no warnings to suggest that they should not be taken at face value) are smaller than the footprint of the unit. With the result that it does not fit into the cupboard it was bought for. If a product is being sold online it is particularly important that the information given is accurate. These shelves, which were supposed to be 455mm deep are in fact 465mm deep. Might not sound much, but they will not fit into the space they were bought for. I am not a happy bunny!
