Rapid PVCu Systems Ltd appalling service

This company claims to have 20 years experience and installs 'A' rated windows. However, what they don't say is that there customer/after sales service is appalling. Their double glazed windows degrade after only 5 years resulting in 'misting' or 'fogging' requiring replacements. When we contacted the customer care manager - she was completely dismissive and unhelpful stating the company class this as a glass problem which is outwith the 5 year warranty.
If I could I would give this company's after sales service a minus score. Rapid PVCu Systems Ltd don't honour there warranty and their after sales service is disgraceful.
