Trying to make a appointment after my original appointment cancelled.
Seven days went to the surgery two days??????

Ordered a blood test after reading about them on the Cornwall Council newsletter. They said the first one didn’t have enough blood when I’d made sure it was on the line. They sent a new one and after I queried why my results hadn’t come back they said there was something wrong with that, I asked for a refund but never got one.

Had a food intolerance test as I suffer from ongoing bloating. Throughout the years I have been wondering if there are certain foods that have caused those symptoms. I ordered the at home test from Rapid Health Test for Food intolerance and food allergy test. The test was easy to do and within about 4 days the test was back. I had a consultation with one of their doctors who explained everything to me. Great experience. The only one in Cornwall I believe

Disgusted! Booked an allergen test on 27th July 22 for 5th Sept as needed for hol to France - rules were relaxed 5th aug so cancelled straight away. They then sent me a voucher for the cost £59- they will not refund my money even though I can’t use the voucher as no services will be required by myself or my family over the next year. Their terms make it look like you get a refund as it states no charge if cancelling more than 3 days from appointment- well there is a charge!!!! Do not use them!

Booked same day testing for my wife & I. Went to the hotel at LHR for a £10K holiday to Mauritius. Never received results. Emailed and called company. Eventually, sent both PCR results through at 11am next day. We were so stressed, we never slept a wink! They issued fraudulent PCR certificates that were dated the next day? Informed Dr. by email and received one (1) refund and am still fighting for a second refund. I urge you NOT to use this company - thieves and complete fraudsters! Use small claims court against this company for £35 online. I will never stop sharing this joke of a company.

A great service from this company. Paid £159 for a quick PCR test. Arrived early for the appointment and went straight in. The test itself was not at all uncomfortable- unlike some. Would recommend.

We had our ‘same day ultra fast’ pcr taken at 10.30 am on Friday 7/1/22, We were leaving our house next morning for travel to Barbados. My husband’s result was emailed at 11.0 pm , mine never arrived. I sent numerous emails all night asking for my result, at around 10.45 pm Elisha Alam ( out of hours) sent an email saying my result would be with me soon! I had a sleepless night, next morning at 9.0 am there was nothing but a recorded message on the phone. So we dashed over to the clinic, I was given a printout of the result and was emailed to me, I received the email successfully. I was told that there must have been a problem with my emails! There was no problem with my emails, I had been receiving other emails successfully.
There has been no offer of a refund of £129 for the stress and anxiety which I suffered,

Absolute thieves.
I purchased same day PCR test and day 2 return to UK test at an extortionate price of £230.
My flight was cancelled 5 days prior to my appointment so I asked for a refund as I no longer required them to do the tests. Only to be told I would not get a single penny back.
In my opinion they stole my money and are thieves.
Please read their refund policy it's disgusting and avoid this company at all costs.
There are plenty of other more honest companies out there for your covid testing needs.

A really immoral business piggy backing off the covid situation. No flexibility at all. Had booked for two PCR tests for Austria who withdrew the need for the tests with 6 days to go from my appointment. An automated reply from Rapid Health Test pointing me to their terms and conditions. So with notice of 7 days you get 50% refund, we were giving 6 days notice. Would my dentist charge me in full for treatment that I didn't need or indeed didn't have, no. There is no cost to this company apart from some admin to take my money. I will be glad when hopefully Covid and testing like this is all over and these kind of parasitic pop up businesses will disappear. Oh and I was offered a credit for my £240.00 outlay, pretty safe bet I wont need that!

Terrible set up. They refuse contact in relation to any matter regarding cancellations and refunds. I had to go to a formal dispute to get my fees back AVOID!!

Excellent experience with Rapid Health Test in Truro. We arrived 15 mins early at 9:30am (on NY Eve) for our test, went straight in, took about 5 mins to complete the test. We were told the results would be emailed between 5 - 8pm but we received them at 12:30pm. The certificate has a QR code as required by many governments and worked smoothly for our travel. Will definitely use this service again as it is so convenient to be able to do the test near home in Cornwall rather than traveling a day before our flight to London as we have been previously doing.
